【摘要】：國(guó)際政治中的角色身份與利益認(rèn)知是在社會(huì)性交往互動(dòng)中被不斷建構(gòu)的產(chǎn)物。在以"主權(quán)零死亡時(shí)代"為核心特征的洛克體系文化成熟階段,單純的權(quán)力轉(zhuǎn)移已不再構(gòu)成體系內(nèi)大國(guó)間安全困境的原因。不論是崛起國(guó),還是守成國(guó),其在權(quán)力轉(zhuǎn)移進(jìn)程中對(duì)體系主導(dǎo)觀念的認(rèn)知決定了其對(duì)時(shí)代主題的判斷,對(duì)時(shí)代主題的判斷又決定了戰(zhàn)略手段的選擇,并最終在崛起國(guó)與霸權(quán)國(guó)之間建構(gòu)出不同的社會(huì)性關(guān)系與互動(dòng)模式。權(quán)力轉(zhuǎn)移進(jìn)程中,大國(guó)間敵意身份的互主性建構(gòu)是如何形成的?通過(guò)對(duì)其成因的分析,能否為避免敵意螺旋的生成提供新的解決方案?通過(guò)對(duì)權(quán)力轉(zhuǎn)移進(jìn)程中出現(xiàn)的"想象的安全困境"成因分析發(fā)現(xiàn):崛起國(guó)與霸權(quán)國(guó)之間并不存在現(xiàn)實(shí)的生存競(jìng)爭(zhēng),但卻可能由于經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域同質(zhì)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)而產(chǎn)生族群排他性負(fù)面意象的敵意投射,并在對(duì)聲望和榮譽(yù)的追求基礎(chǔ)上形成虛幻的不相容與想象的敵意螺旋。從崛起國(guó)戰(zhàn)略謀劃的角度出發(fā),選擇"聯(lián)系性崛起戰(zhàn)略"往往更容易開(kāi)啟同霸權(quán)國(guó)之間非對(duì)抗的新型大國(guó)關(guān)系,而選擇"變位性崛起戰(zhàn)略"則更容易開(kāi)啟同霸權(quán)國(guó)之間的"修昔底德陷阱"。
[Abstract]:The recognition of role identity and interest in international politics is a product that has been constantly constructed in the social interaction. In the mature stage of Locke system culture with the core characteristic of "sovereign zero death era", The simple power transfer no longer constitutes the reason for the security dilemma among the great powers in the system. Whether it is a rising country or a conserved state, its cognition of the dominant concept of the system in the process of power transfer determines its judgment on the theme of the times. The judgment of the theme of the times determines the choice of the strategic means, and finally constructs different social relations and interactive models between the rising powers and the hegemonic powers. How does the construction of mutual domination of hostile identity among great powers come into being? Through the analysis of its causes, can we provide a new solution to avoid the formation of the hostile spiral? Based on the analysis of the causes of "imaginary security dilemma" in the process of power transfer, it is found that there is no real competition for survival between the rising power and the hegemonic power. However, it is possible that the hostile projection of ethnic exclusionary negative images may result from homogenous competition in the economic field. And on the basis of the pursuit of prestige and honor, an illusory hostile spiral of incompatibility and imagination is formed. It is easier to open up a new type of power relationship between the hegemonic power and the alternative rising strategy, but it is easier to open the "Thucydides trap" between the hegemonic countries.
