【摘要】：唐納德·特朗普在一年多的競(jìng)選和當(dāng)選后的一個(gè)多月中,已經(jīng)鮮明地展現(xiàn)出他的個(gè)人形象、特性、政策主張和傾向。在即將主政的半年到一年期間,特朗普會(huì)千方百計(jì)地繼續(xù)展現(xiàn)他個(gè)人的理念和風(fēng)格,實(shí)現(xiàn)他的理想和信念,實(shí)施他在競(jìng)選中的政策主張,兌現(xiàn)他的某些承諾�？梢钥闯�,今后美國內(nèi)政外交將呈現(xiàn)較為鮮明的"特朗普新政"特色。經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)政策將更加"共和黨化":減稅、基建、放松對(duì)金融機(jī)構(gòu)和能源行業(yè)的管制,但反對(duì)多邊貿(mào)易安排則違反共和黨長期的"自由貿(mào)易主張";反移民、反醫(yī)改等社會(huì)政策將難以實(shí)施。外交方面試圖發(fā)起"特朗普革命",包括與盟國關(guān)系、美俄關(guān)系、中東政策以及臺(tái)灣問題等對(duì)華外交方面。但美國和世界不是特朗普總統(tǒng)一個(gè)人可以說了算、可以決定的。在國內(nèi)他將受到國會(huì)、利益集團(tuán)、輿論和公眾等強(qiáng)大勢(shì)力的制約,在世界上受到各國的牽制,特朗普能否真正成為美國一位"強(qiáng)勢(shì)總統(tǒng)"仍是不確定的。
[Abstract]:Over the course of more than a year in the campaign and more than a month since he was elected, Donald Trump has clearly displayed his personal image, identity, policy ideas and tendencies. Trump will do everything possible to continue to show his personal ideas and styles, to realize his ideals and beliefs, to implement his campaign policies, and to deliver on some of his promises. In the future, America's domestic and foreign affairs will be characterized by "Trump's New deal." Economic and social policies will be more "Republican": tax cuts, infrastructure, deregulation of financial institutions and the energy industry. But opposing multilateral trade arrangements violates the Republican Party's long-standing "free trade proposition"; anti-immigration, anti-health reform and other social policies will be difficult to implement. Diplomatic attempts to launch the "Trump Revolution", including relations with allies, the United States and Russia, The Middle East policy and the Taiwan issue are diplomatic aspects to China. But the United States and the world are not the ones that President Trump can say and decide. At home, he will be constrained by powerful forces such as Congress, interest groups, public opinion and the public. It is still uncertain whether Trump will truly become a "strong president" of the United States under the constraints of the world.
