【摘要】：中國特色社會主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的意義和路徑選擇問題是本篇論文所要研究的核心問題。我國經(jīng)濟(jì)在快速發(fā)展的同時,我們賴以生存的生態(tài)環(huán)境卻正在一天天的惡化,我國生態(tài)環(huán)境已經(jīng)被嚴(yán)重破壞的殘酷現(xiàn)實(shí)給我們敲響了警鐘。所以在黨的十七大報(bào)告中生態(tài)文明建設(shè)首次作為重要戰(zhàn)略被提出來,黨的十八大報(bào)告中生態(tài)文明建設(shè)被提升到與經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會建設(shè)同等重要的位置上,生態(tài)文明建設(shè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會、生態(tài)“五位一體”一同構(gòu)成了中國特色社會主義事業(yè)總布局,體現(xiàn)了黨和政府對于生態(tài)文明的高度重視。因此,深入研究中國特色主義生態(tài)文明相關(guān)理論以及當(dāng)代中國先進(jìn)的生態(tài)文明思想,分析我國當(dāng)前生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀和產(chǎn)生原因,進(jìn)而探索出有鮮明的中國特色,符合中國國情的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)以及路徑選擇在當(dāng)下大力推進(jìn)社會主義生態(tài)文明,建設(shè)美麗中國的時代背景下具有重大的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。所以文章總共從四個部分對中國特色社會主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)路徑選擇問題進(jìn)行論述。第一部分,該部分作為全文的開篇緒論,闡述了本文的選題背景、研究意義,表述國內(nèi)和國外生態(tài)文明相關(guān)理論的研究現(xiàn)狀,指出本篇論文的研究思路、方法和創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分,本部分概述了生態(tài)文明的基本理論,梳理總結(jié)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提出的理論依據(jù),闡述中國特色社會主義生態(tài)文明理論的內(nèi)涵,回顧該理論的發(fā)展歷程。第三部分,本部分闡述了當(dāng)代中國特色社會主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和現(xiàn)狀分析,又從五個方面對產(chǎn)生資源環(huán)境問題的原因進(jìn)行了分析。第四部分,該部分是本文要論述的重點(diǎn),本部分論述的是如何進(jìn)行生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的問題。希望通過我們的思考,從多個層面論述如何進(jìn)行生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的問題,并提出中國特色社會主義生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的路徑選擇。本文運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)研究和實(shí)證分析兩個方法對整篇文章進(jìn)行論述,在寫作過程中對于我國建設(shè)生態(tài)文明的路徑選擇方面提出了自己的觀點(diǎn),在突出中國特色,符合中國國情的路徑選擇上提出自己的看法。
[Abstract]:The significance and path selection of the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics is the core issue to be studied in this paper. While our economy is developing rapidly, the ecological environment on which we rely for survival is deteriorating day by day. The cruel reality that the ecological environment of our country has been seriously damaged has sounded the alarm bell to us. Therefore, the construction of ecological civilization was put forward as an important strategy for the first time in the report of the 17th National Congress of the Party. In the report of the Party's 18 National Congress, the construction of ecological civilization has been promoted to a position of equal importance to economic, political, cultural and social construction, and ecological civilization construction and economic, political, cultural, social, The "five-in-one" ecology together constitutes the general layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which reflects the great importance that the Party and the government attach to ecological civilization. Deeply study the relevant theories of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics and the advanced ecological civilization thought of contemporary China, analyze the present situation and causes of the construction of ecological civilization in our country, and then explore the distinctive Chinese characteristics. The construction of ecological civilization in line with China's national conditions and the choice of ways to vigorously promote socialist ecological civilization in the present, It is of great theoretical and practical significance to build a beautiful China under the background of the times. Therefore, the article discusses the path choice of the construction of the socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics from four parts. This part, as the introduction of the full text, expounds the background and significance of this thesis, describes the current research situation of the relevant theories of ecological civilization both at home and abroad, and points out the research ideas, methods and innovations of this paper. This part summarizes the basic theory of ecological civilization, combs and summarizes the theoretical basis of ecological civilization construction, expounds the connotation of the theory of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, and reviews the development of the theory. This part expounds the realistic significance and the present situation analysis of the construction of the contemporary socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics, and analyzes the causes of the problems of resources and environment from five aspects. Part 4th, which is the focus of this paper, This part discusses how to carry out the construction of ecological civilization. Through our thinking, I hope to discuss how to carry out the construction of ecological civilization from many aspects. This paper discusses the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics by using the methods of literature research and empirical analysis, and puts forward the path choice of the construction of ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics. In the course of writing, the author puts forward his own views on the path choice of constructing ecological civilization in our country, and puts forward his own views on the path choice that highlights the Chinese characteristics and conforms to the national conditions of China.
