【摘要】：從十月革命爆發(fā)到蘇聯(lián)解體的大半個世紀(jì)中,隨著蘇聯(lián)共產(chǎn)黨逐漸放棄了馬克思列寧主義和黨的建設(shè),公共權(quán)力不可遏制地與公有財產(chǎn)共同滑向了寡頭形式。這一由"公"轉(zhuǎn)"私"的過程貫穿了蘇聯(lián)(俄)的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)演變史。一方面,"左派幼稚病"患者以教條主義和脫離實(shí)際的樂觀,不斷阻礙社會主義制度的改革探索;另一方面,作為"機(jī)會主義者"的"黨-國"精英階層又不斷"壟斷"公權(quán)力并最終在解體中獲利和"轉(zhuǎn)型"。這條跨度將近70年的從"左"到右的線索雖然聯(lián)系著兩個截然相反的錯誤方向,卻都來源于蘇聯(lián)共產(chǎn)黨對自身建設(shè)的忽視以及由此導(dǎo)致的公權(quán)力腐化。這條線索是對本世紀(jì)共產(chǎn)黨和社會主義國家的警示,必須從中總結(jié)教訓(xùn),以實(shí)事求是的方法、自我凈化的態(tài)度堅(jiān)持走出一條具有生命力的社會主義發(fā)展道路。
[Abstract]:For more than half a century from the outbreak of the October Revolution to the disintegration of the Soviet Union, as the Communist Party of the Soviet Union gradually abandoned Marxism-Leninism and party building, The process of "public" to "private" has run through the history of political and economic changes in the Soviet Union (Russia). On the one hand, the patients of "leftist infantile diseases" are dogmatic. Righteousness and unrealistic optimism, The reform of the socialist system is constantly hindered; on the other hand, As "opportunists," the "party-state" elite continues to "monopolize" public power and ultimately profit from disintegration and "transformation". This nearly 70 years of clues from "left" to "right" are connected to two diametrically. In the wrong direction, But they all come from the Soviet Communist Party's neglect of its own construction and the resulting corruption of public power. This clue is a warning to the Communist Party and the socialist countries in this century, and it is necessary to draw lessons from them and to seek truth from facts. The attitude of self-purification adheres to the path of socialist development with vitality.
