【摘要】：當(dāng)今的世界格局是二戰(zhàn)后逐步形成的,既有東西方兩大集團(tuán)因政治制度和意識(shí)形態(tài)的不同而對(duì)立,又有北方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和南方發(fā)展中國(guó)家因歷史背景和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的差異而割裂,簡(jiǎn)稱為"東西南北"的世界格局。這一格局在二戰(zhàn)后半個(gè)多世紀(jì)里,隨著國(guó)際形勢(shì)的變化,尤其是國(guó)家間力量對(duì)比的改變,正經(jīng)歷著重大且深刻的變動(dòng):"東方集團(tuán)"在內(nèi)外因素合力下趨于瓦解,但并未消逝,繼續(xù)與"西方集團(tuán)"角力;"西方集團(tuán)"在瓦解"東方集團(tuán)"的同時(shí),內(nèi)部矛盾加劇,凝聚力下降;在改變"北強(qiáng)南弱"的過(guò)程中,以新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體為代表的南方集團(tuán),正在世界事務(wù)中發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越大的作用。
[Abstract]:The present world pattern was gradually formed after the second World War. The two major groups of the East and the West were opposed by different political systems and ideologies, while the developed countries of the North and the developing countries of the South were separated by the differences of historical background and economic development. The world pattern, referred to as "North, South, East, West, East" and South for short. This pattern has changed in the half century since World War II, with the changes in the international situation, especially the change in the balance of power among countries. It is undergoing great and profound changes: the "Eastern Group" tends to disintegrate under the combined forces of internal and external factors, but it has not disappeared, and continues to wrestle with the "Western Group"; while the "Western Group" disintegrates the "Eastern Group", the internal contradictions become more and more serious. Cohesion has declined; the South Group, represented by emerging economies, is playing an increasingly important role in world affairs in the process of changing "North, strong, South, weak".
