【摘要】：在中國老齡化趨勢越來越嚴峻的大背景下,從二十一世紀初到未來很長的時間內(nèi),我國逐步會面臨很嚴重的老齡化的問題,隨著上世紀六十年代“嬰兒潮”出生的那代人慢慢步入老年,而計劃生育背景下新生嬰兒不斷減少,“未富先老”且全國大半的老年人集中在鄉(xiāng)村。在這種情況之下,以“居家養(yǎng)老”形式為主的鄉(xiāng)村生活居住環(huán)境研究是一個極為迫切的課題。希望一些適當?shù)母纳颇軌驖M足老年人在鄉(xiāng)村居住的需求,基于此,通過了解老年人行為、心理,針對于老年人特殊的身體生理條件,從老年人的需要出發(fā),調(diào)查、研究已經(jīng)形成的鄉(xiāng)村居住環(huán)境問題和弊端,能夠得出一套符合我國當下社會環(huán)境背景下對于老年人在鄉(xiāng)村居住環(huán)境的改善設(shè)計建議。本文完成了以下內(nèi)容:首先從理論的角度出發(fā),在老齡化大數(shù)據(jù)的例證下,通過對文獻資料中對于老年人行為心理的實際調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)、體系、分析結(jié)論的整合,分析了現(xiàn)代鄉(xiāng)村老年人的行為心理的特征和需求。其次,探討了鄉(xiāng)村生活的適老性,走訪了湖北省鄂州市梁子湖區(qū)的部分村落,并從走訪的十幾個鄉(xiāng)村村落中選取三個有代表性的村落進行調(diào)研并發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,然后對比研究國外相關(guān)案例,從中獲取一些方法和經(jīng)驗。最后,對鄉(xiāng)村居住環(huán)境改善設(shè)計進行探討,提出一些改進意見。老年人的活動范圍隨著年紀慢慢增大而變小,因而,希望能夠在慢慢變小的范圍內(nèi),使老年人能夠安享晚年。
[Abstract]:Under the background of China's aging trend becoming more and more severe, from the beginning of 21th century to a very long time in the future, China will gradually face a very serious problem of aging. As the baby-boomer generation grew older in -40s, and the number of new babies in the family planning context dwindled, "getting old before you get rich" and most of the country's elderly concentrated in the countryside. It is an urgent task to study the living environment of rural life mainly in the form of "family pension". We hope that some appropriate improvements can meet the needs of the elderly living in rural areas. Based on this, through understanding the behavior of the elderly, psychology, In view of the special physical and physiological conditions of the elderly, starting from the needs of the elderly, we investigate and study the problems and drawbacks of the rural living environment that have been formed. This paper has completed the following contents: first of all, from the theoretical point of view, under the example of the aging big data, Through the integration of the actual investigation data, system and conclusion of the behavior psychology of the elderly in the literature, this paper analyzes the characteristics and needs of the behavior psychology of the elderly in the modern rural areas. Visited some villages in Liangzi Lake District of Ezhou City, Hubei Province, and selected three representative villages from more than a dozen villages visited to investigate and find problems, and then compared and studied the relevant cases abroad. Finally, the paper discusses the design of rural living environment improvement and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. The range of activities of the elderly becomes smaller as they grow older, so they hope to be able to become smaller and smaller. To enable the elderly to enjoy their old age.
