【摘要】：在我國的城鎮(zhèn)化過程中,失去土地和住宅的居民逐步形成一個龐大群體,為了解決這些居民的居住問題,政府組織并建設(shè)規(guī)劃并就地興建一批安置型社區(qū)。作為一種新型社區(qū),如何提高安置型社區(qū)建設(shè)水平越來越受到人們的重視,這成為了本文研究的背景。本文以伊春林區(qū)安置型社區(qū)為研究對象,概述了伊春林區(qū)安置型社區(qū)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,分析伊春林區(qū)安置型社區(qū)建設(shè)存在的主要問題,針對這些問題提出相應(yīng)的解決對策與建議。本文認(rèn)為:為了解決目前存在的問題,需要創(chuàng)新安置型社區(qū)管理體制;整合社會資源;建立健全社區(qū)服務(wù)體系,完善社區(qū)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),改善社區(qū)環(huán)境;增強(qiáng)居民社區(qū)認(rèn)同感。最后,筆者也希望本文可以對我國的安置型社區(qū)建設(shè)提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the process of urbanization in our country, the residents who have lost their land and houses have gradually formed a huge group. In order to solve the housing problem of these residents, the government has organized and built and built a number of resettlement communities on the spot. As a new type of community, How to improve the level of resettlement community construction has been paid more and more attention to, which has become the background of this paper. This paper takes the resettlement community in Yichun forest area as the research object, and summarizes the present situation of the resettlement community construction in Yichun forest area. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of resettled communities in Yichun forest area, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems. In order to solve the existing problems, it is necessary to innovate the management system of resettled communities. Integrate social resources, establish and perfect community service system, perfect community infrastructure construction, improve community environment; strengthen residents' community identity. Finally, the author also hopes that this paper can provide some reference for the construction of resettled community in our country.
