【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,習(xí)近平同志在繼承和發(fā)展馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)上,形成了自己的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)。從經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理的視角看,習(xí)近平的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)具有以下三大特色:一是充分詮釋和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展了馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)"以人民為中心"的思想,堅(jiān)持把"增進(jìn)人民福祉"作為推進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的倫理目的;二是在選擇何種經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的倫理價(jià)值取向上,重申"兩個(gè)不能動(dòng)搖",強(qiáng)調(diào)積極發(fā)展混合所有制經(jīng)濟(jì),健全以公平為核心原則的產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)制度的思想,既否定了全面私有化的資本主義改革取向,又摒棄了"純社會(huì)主義的經(jīng)濟(jì)形式"的取向;三是以共享發(fā)展為核心的"新發(fā)展理念",積極回應(yīng)和拓展了發(fā)展倫理學(xué)關(guān)于發(fā)展的核心問題是"美好生活、公正社會(huì)以及人類群體與大自然關(guān)系",發(fā)展的價(jià)值觀是"最大限度的生存、尊重和自由"。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Party, Comrade Xi Jinping has formed his own political economy on the basis of inheriting and developing Marxist political economy. From the perspective of economic ethics, Xi Jinping's political economy has the following three characteristics: first, it fully interprets and innovates the Marxist political economy "people-centered" thought. Insisting on "enhancing the well-being of the people" as the ethical purpose of promoting the economic and social development of our country; second, reiterating "two cannot waver" in choosing the ethical value orientation of the economic system, and stressing the active development of the mixed ownership economy, The idea of perfecting the property right protection system with equity as the core principle not only negates the capitalist reform orientation of overall privatization, but also abandons the orientation of "pure socialist economic form". Third, the "new development concept", which takes shared development as the core, positively responds to and expands the core issue of development ethics concerning development: "A better Life," A just society and the relationship between human groups and nature, "the values of development are" maximum survival, respect and freedom. "
