【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界,國(guó)際核安全形勢(shì)復(fù)雜而嚴(yán)峻,核擴(kuò)散風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、核恐怖主義威脅和全球核電發(fā)展帶來(lái)的諸多安全挑戰(zhàn),已成為全球治理的重要課題,需要中美等大國(guó)協(xié)調(diào)應(yīng)對(duì),解決核安全管什么、誰(shuí)來(lái)管和怎么管的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。習(xí)近平主席在總體國(guó)家安全觀中把核安全列為中國(guó)國(guó)家安全的重要領(lǐng)域之一,并在2014年海牙核峰會(huì)上全面闡述了中國(guó)的核安全觀,明確了未來(lái)國(guó)際核安全合作的方向。值此2016年核峰會(huì)在美國(guó)華盛頓召開(kāi)之際,《現(xiàn)代國(guó)際關(guān)系》編輯部組織有關(guān)專(zhuān)家學(xué)者多角度探討國(guó)際核安全問(wèn)題,以期有助于對(duì)該問(wèn)題的深層思考。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the international nuclear security situation is complex and grim. The risks of nuclear proliferation, the threat of nuclear terrorism and the many security challenges brought about by the development of global nuclear power have become important issues of global governance, and need to be coordinated by China and the United States. To solve the practical problems of what, who and how to manage nuclear safety. President Xi Jinping listed nuclear safety as one of the important areas of China's national security in his overall national security concept. And at the nuclear summit in the Hague on 2014, he comprehensively elaborated on China's nuclear security concept. On the occasion of the nuclear summit held in Washington on 2016, the editorial department of Modern International Relations organized relevant experts and scholars to discuss international nuclear safety from various angles. In order to help the deep thinking of the problem.
