【摘要】：2017年1月特朗普政府執(zhí)政以來,在中美雙方的共同努力下,尤其是兩國(guó)元首會(huì)晤后,中美關(guān)系的發(fā)展進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的時(shí)期。未來中美關(guān)系的發(fā)展形態(tài),與特朗普的國(guó)際觀、當(dāng)前國(guó)際體系的演化以及中美關(guān)系互動(dòng)等要素密切相關(guān)。鑒于中美關(guān)系的敏感性、復(fù)雜性與重要性相互交織的特點(diǎn),兩國(guó)需從宏觀定位、實(shí)踐推進(jìn)與思維轉(zhuǎn)變?nèi)齻�(gè)方面,推進(jìn)與保障雙邊關(guān)系的有序發(fā)展。可以預(yù)見,中美競(jìng)合型關(guān)系不會(huì)出現(xiàn)根本性變化,并呈現(xiàn)出層次性分布的特點(diǎn):貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)有限升級(jí)、安全領(lǐng)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)總體可控、價(jià)值觀領(lǐng)域博弈趨于緩和、國(guó)際議題合作繼續(xù)探索。
[Abstract]:Since January 2017 the Trump administration, in the joint efforts of both sides, especially after a meeting between the two heads of state, the development of Sino US relations have entered a new period of development. The future of Sino US relations, and Trump's international outlook, the evolution of the current international system and interactive Sino US relations is closely related to such factors. In view of the sensitivity of the Sino US relations the complexity and importance of the intertwining of the two countries need from the macro orientation, practice and thinking from three aspects, in order to promote the development of bilateral relations and security. Predictably, bilateral relations will not be competitive with fundamental changes, and presents the characteristics of multi-level distribution: trade competition limited upgrade competition the overall control of the security field, the values of the field of game is easing, international issues continue to explore cooperation.
