【摘要】：當(dāng)前,亞太地區(qū)已形成中美相對(duì)均衡的力量格局并存在中美"雙領(lǐng)導(dǎo)"的客觀條件,但是由于中美發(fā)揮領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作用的主觀條件差距較大,亞太地區(qū)并未真正形成中美"雙領(lǐng)導(dǎo)"體制。中美實(shí)力對(duì)比和亞太權(quán)力分布的這種客觀事實(shí),對(duì)于分析兩國亞太自貿(mào)區(qū)戰(zhàn)略具有重要意義。中美各自推進(jìn)的自貿(mào)區(qū)建設(shè)有特定的目標(biāo),但兩國的亞太自貿(mào)區(qū)戰(zhàn)略是互補(bǔ)性競(jìng)爭而非零和博弈。特朗普政府調(diào)整了奧巴馬政府的亞太自貿(mào)區(qū)政策,使美國的亞太自貿(mào)區(qū)政策出現(xiàn)一些新變化。特朗普政府的亞太自貿(mào)政策仍在完善中,今后有多種發(fā)展可能,中國需要密切關(guān)注并繼續(xù)推進(jìn)自己的亞太自貿(mào)區(qū)戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:At present, the Asia-Pacific region has formed a relatively balanced power pattern between China and the United States, and there are objective conditions for "double leadership" between China and the United States. However, due to the wide gap between the subjective conditions under which China and the United States play a leading role, The Asia-Pacific region has not really formed a "dual leadership" system between China and the United States. It is of great significance to analyze the strategy of the two countries' free trade zones in Asia and the Pacific. China and the United States have specific objectives for the construction of the free trade zones that are being promoted by China and the United States, But the two countries' Asia-Pacific FTA strategy is a complementary competition, not a zero-sum game. The Trump administration has adjusted the Obama administration's APFTA policy. The Trump administration's Asia-Pacific free trade policy is still in the process of being perfected, and there are many possibilities for future development. China needs to pay close attention to and continue to promote its strategy for the Asia-Pacific Free Trade Zone.
