【摘要】：中美戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系定位是中國對美外交實(shí)踐的重要指導(dǎo)思想與理論依據(jù)。習(xí)近平提出構(gòu)建中美"新型大國關(guān)系",打破了多年來中美戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系定位多由美國定義的局面。雖然美國對"新型大國關(guān)系"的概念與可行性存有質(zhì)疑,但是他們部分認(rèn)同"新型大國關(guān)系"中蘊(yùn)含著的"不對抗、不沖突"及"合作共贏"的理念。中美制度性競爭與戰(zhàn)略博弈加劇、意識(shí)形態(tài)與文化差異、中國理論論證力不足與對外媒體發(fā)展滯后在某種程度上對"新型大國關(guān)系"話語構(gòu)建構(gòu)成阻力。雖然特朗普當(dāng)選給"中美新型大國關(guān)系"的構(gòu)建帶來了很大的不確定性,但是他理性、善于妥協(xié)以及向權(quán)威學(xué)習(xí)的一面,可以對中美構(gòu)建"新型大國關(guān)系"起到一定的積極作用。中國在中美戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系定位上要保持主動(dòng)性與前瞻性,要堅(jiān)持把中美戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系定位為合作關(guān)系,對美國要采取順勢而為、以靜制動(dòng)、以柔克剛的話語策略。
[Abstract]:The orientation of the strategic relationship between China and the United States is an important guiding ideology and theoretical basis for the practice of China's diplomacy with the United States. Xi Jinping proposed the construction of a "new type of great power relationship" between China and the United States, breaking the situation that the orientation of the strategic relationship between China and the United States has been defined by the United States for many. ... Although the United States questioned the concept and feasibility of a "new type of great power relationship," But they partly agree with the concepts of "no confrontation, no conflict" and "win-win cooperation" contained in the "New Type of Great Power relationship." the institutional competition and strategic game between China and the United States are intensified, and the ideological and cultural differences, The lack of theoretical argumentation in China and the lag in the development of foreign media constitute resistance to the construction of the discourse of "new power relations" to some extent, although Trump's election has brought great uncertainty to the construction of "new great power relations between China and the United States." However, his rational, good compromise and learning from authority can play a positive role in building a "new type of great power relationship" between China and the United States.China should maintain its initiative and foresight in positioning its strategic relations with the United States. The strategic relationship between China and the United States should be regarded as a cooperative relationship.
