【摘要】：社區(qū)矯正已經(jīng)并將進(jìn)一步成為我國(guó)未成年人矯正制度的主體。在社區(qū)矯正立法過(guò)程中,應(yīng)當(dāng)充分考慮未成年人的特殊性,體現(xiàn)對(duì)未成年人的特殊優(yōu)先保護(hù)。綜合考慮,建議采取專章立法模式,在《社區(qū)矯正法》中設(shè)置未成年人專章。這不僅是實(shí)踐的需要,也是上位法的要求,還是完善我國(guó)未成年人法律體系、未成年人司法制度的重要組成部分�！渡鐓^(qū)矯正法》設(shè)置未成年人專章不僅具有必要性并且具備可行性。
[Abstract]:Community correction has become and will further become the main body of the minor correction system in our country. In the process of community correction legislation, the particularity of the minor should be fully considered, and the special priority protection for the minor should be reflected. It is suggested to adopt a special legislation model and set up a special chapter on minors in the Community Correction Law. This is not only the need of practice, but also the requirement of upper law, or the perfection of the legal system of minors in our country. The Community Correction Law is not only necessary but also feasible.
