【摘要】：構(gòu)建全民共建共享的社會(huì)治理格局,是十八屆五中全會(huì)提出的社會(huì)治理總目標(biāo)�，F(xiàn)有共建共享機(jī)制研究主要聚焦于宏觀而缺少對(duì)微觀尤其是社區(qū)治理格局的關(guān)注。然而社會(huì)治理的重心在城鄉(xiāng)社區(qū),尤其是隨著城鎮(zhèn)化的推進(jìn),城市社區(qū)在城鄉(xiāng)社區(qū)體系中所占的比重將越來(lái)越高,城市社區(qū)將成為整個(gè)社會(huì)治理格局構(gòu)建的重中之重。研究表明,社區(qū)共同體與共建共享具有高度吻合性,城市社區(qū)如能建成居民共同體,共建共享治理格局則容易形成。雖然城市"社區(qū)"共同體日益式微,但以樓棟、院落、小區(qū)為代表的社區(qū)"微"共同體卻表現(xiàn)出旺盛的生命力。本文試圖從共同利益、集體行動(dòng)、社會(huì)分化等視角回答"微"共同體可不可能,從形式、過(guò)程、主體等方面回答"微"共同體何以可能的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:To build a social governance pattern in which all people build and share together, It is the general goal of social governance put forward by the Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee. The existing research on co-construction and sharing mechanism is mainly focused on macro and lack of attention to the micro, especially the pattern of community governance. However, the focus of social governance is on urban and rural communities. Especially with the development of urbanization, the proportion of urban community in urban and rural community system will be higher and higher, and urban community will become the most important part of the construction of the whole social governance pattern. The community community is highly consistent with the co-construction and sharing. If the urban community can be built into the residents' community, the co-construction and sharing governance pattern will be easily formed. Although the "community" community of the city is declining day by day, it will be built in buildings and yards. The community "micro" community represented by the community has shown great vitality. This paper tries to answer the "micro" community from the perspectives of common interests, collective action, social differentiation, etc., from the form, process, etc. Subject and other aspects of the answer to the "micro" community why the possible question.
