【摘要】：協(xié)商民主是我國(guó)的一項(xiàng)基本政治制度,協(xié)商主持人制度的建構(gòu)可以有效推進(jìn)協(xié)商民主健康、有序運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)高效協(xié)商,充分保障人民當(dāng)家作主。為此,研究主持人制度建構(gòu)的路徑,從主持人制度的生成、主持人的培訓(xùn)、監(jiān)督評(píng)價(jià)與考核、主持人的保障制度和主持人監(jiān)督制度的建構(gòu)幾個(gè)方面來(lái)探討建構(gòu)我國(guó)協(xié)商主持人制度具有重要的歷史意義和時(shí)代價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Deliberative democracy is a basic political system in our country. The construction of the consultative moderator system can effectively promote the healthy and orderly operation of consultative democracy, achieve efficient consultation, and fully guarantee the people to be the masters of their own country. To study the path of the construction of host system, from the generation of host system, the training of host, the supervision, evaluation and examination, It is of great historical significance and contemporary value to explore the construction of the moderator system in China from the aspects of the security system of the host and the construction of the supervision system of the host.
