【摘要】：20世紀(jì)末南非結(jié)束了三個世紀(jì)之久的種族隔離,實(shí)現(xiàn)了平穩(wěn)的政治轉(zhuǎn)型。在轉(zhuǎn)型過程中,寬容與妥協(xié)的價值得以凸顯。學(xué)界在南非民主轉(zhuǎn)型的研究中,大多也是從寬容的理論視角解讀政治斗爭以及南非民主化轉(zhuǎn)型的過程。筆者認(rèn)為若討論止步于此是不足的。南非結(jié)束種族隔離至今已過二十余年,雖然在很多方面取得成就,但是新南非社會依然存在很多嚴(yán)峻的問題,折射出種族主義沖突的問題,從而提出了新的理論挑戰(zhàn):寬容的價值對民主轉(zhuǎn)型時期南非的秩序建構(gòu)固然是重要的,但是作為一種較為寬泛的理念,蘊(yùn)含于寬容之中的"中立性"原則存在對"差異"不夠充分承認(rèn)的問題,因此不足以回應(yīng)當(dāng)下新南非多元主義的實(shí)踐問題。在多元主義背景下,"差異"、"認(rèn)同"、"承認(rèn)"等價值同樣需要被意識到。也就是說,當(dāng)代民主社會在面對多元主義問題時更加需要"承認(rèn)的政治"這一維度。本文對南非民主轉(zhuǎn)型以及后轉(zhuǎn)型時代的新南非社會進(jìn)行考察,梳理現(xiàn)有的寬容話語對于回應(yīng)新南非社會各種矛盾的不足之處,進(jìn)而引入"承認(rèn)的政治"進(jìn)行理論補(bǔ)充,最后提出"作為承認(rèn)的寬容"作為理論重構(gòu),從而對當(dāng)下新南非的種族問題進(jìn)行理論回應(yīng)。筆者認(rèn)為,"作為承認(rèn)的寬容"對于當(dāng)代多元主義背景下的種族主義與價值沖突等問題都具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:At the end of 20th century, South Africa ended three centuries of apartheid and achieved a smooth political transformation. In the process of transition, the values of tolerance and compromise were highlighted. Most of them also interpret the political struggle and the process of democratic transition in South Africa from the perspective of tolerance. The author thinks that it is not enough to stop the discussion. It has been more than 20 years since South Africa ended apartheid, although it has achieved in many ways. However, there are still many serious problems in the new South African society, which reflects the problem of racist conflict, thus putting forward a new theoretical challenge: the value of tolerance is of course important to the construction of order in South Africa during the period of democratic transformation. However, as a broad idea, the principle of "neutrality", which is contained in tolerance, has the problem of insufficient recognition of "difference". In the context of pluralism, the values of "difference", "identity" and "recognition" also need to be recognized. In the face of pluralism, the contemporary democratic society needs the dimension of "recognized politics". This paper examines the democratic transition in South Africa and the new South African society in the post-transitional era. Combing out the shortcomings of the existing tolerant discourse in response to various contradictions in the new South African society, then introducing the "politics of recognition" to supplement the theory, and finally putting forward the "tolerance as recognition" as the theoretical reconstruction. The author thinks that "tolerance as recognition" is of great significance to the problems of racism and value conflict in the context of contemporary pluralism.
