【摘要】：近年來,隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和人民生活水平的日益提高,伴隨我國醫(yī)療體制的改革和醫(yī)療水平的提高,老年人的健康水平不斷提高,中國老齡化速度持續(xù)加快。本文旨在通過文獻(xiàn)分析、理論研究和比較研究,深入分析盧龍縣農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老模式,挖掘出盧龍縣農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老模式發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和問題,提出適合本地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老模式,并提出符合實(shí)際的建議。本文的研究能夠?yàn)楸R龍縣農(nóng)村老年人事業(yè)的發(fā)展提供理論參考和重要的實(shí)踐指南,同時(shí)也為其他地區(qū)農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老問題的解決提供了有益的借鑒。本文首先全面闡述了研究的背景、理論和實(shí)踐意義,系統(tǒng)梳理了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,夯實(shí)了論文基礎(chǔ);其次,結(jié)合自己的工作實(shí)際和借鑒學(xué)術(shù)界的研究成果,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料分析法、理論分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的辦法、比較分析法以及個(gè)案研究法的研究方法,通過實(shí)地調(diào)查走訪,了解到當(dāng)前盧龍縣的農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老方式主要有家庭養(yǎng)老、機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老、社會(huì)化養(yǎng)老和居家養(yǎng)老四種模式;然后,通過對(duì)盧龍縣農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老模式現(xiàn)狀分析出當(dāng)前盧龍縣農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老模式存在的五大問題;最后,根據(jù)盧龍縣農(nóng)村的實(shí)際情況對(duì)農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老模式提出四條改進(jìn)建議,著重提出大力發(fā)展居家養(yǎng)老模式,同時(shí)創(chuàng)新性的提出居家養(yǎng)老市場化和專業(yè)化,并注重精神養(yǎng)老。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy and the increasing of people's living standards, with the reform of our medical system and medical level, the level of health of the elderly continue to improve, China aging speed continues to accelerate. This paper through literature analysis, theoretical research and comparative research, in-depth analysis of the Lulong County Rural Pension Model, dig out the current situation and problems of Lulong county rural old-age model development, put forward rural pension model for the economic development of the region, and put forward practical suggestions. This study can provide a theoretical reference and practical guide for the development of Lulong county rural elderly services, but also provides a useful reference for solving the problem of rural pension in other areas. This paper first introduced the research background, theoretical and practical significance, systematically summarizes the research status at home and abroad, and The foundation; secondly, based on his own experience and learn from academic research results, using the method of literature analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis method, comparative analysis method and case study research methods, through field investigation, understand that the current Lulong County Rural Pension are mainly family pension institutions, pension, social pension and old-age home four modes; then, through analyzing the present situation of Lulong County Rural Endowment pattern analysis of five major problems existing in the current Lulong County Rural Endowment pattern; finally, put forward four suggestions for improving the rural endowment insurance mode according to the actual situation in rural areas of Lulong County, put forward the development of home care model at the same time, the innovative home care market and specialization, and pay attention to the spiritual endowment.
