【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,計(jì)劃生育的實(shí)施和傳統(tǒng)觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變使得家庭養(yǎng)老功能弱化;養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)由于缺乏管理,資金不足等問(wèn)題,難以滿足老年人的個(gè)性化需求,進(jìn)而影響老年人生活滿意度。社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老在政府和社區(qū)人員的宣傳和推廣下,得到越來(lái)越多的老年人和家庭認(rèn)可,并得到大力發(fā)展。因此,本文從社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老模式入手,探討社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老下的城市老年人生活滿意度的影響因素,并為改善老年人生活質(zhì)量,提高生活滿意度提供一定的參考依據(jù)。本文首先通過(guò)查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)實(shí)證文獻(xiàn),定量整合和總結(jié)出13個(gè)主要影響老年人生活滿意度的相關(guān)因素,并對(duì)這13個(gè)變量的影響效應(yīng)值進(jìn)行元分析;其次,在元分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)模式的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了影響城市老年人生活滿意度的概念模型;最后,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)一步實(shí)證分析了影響老年人生活滿意度的關(guān)鍵因素及影響路徑。研究結(jié)果表明,社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老下的城市老年人生活滿意度影響因素按照影響高低程度分別是:人際交往、社區(qū)醫(yī)療情況、家庭關(guān)系、健康狀況、子女照顧情況、社會(huì)參與、精神慰藉、認(rèn)知因素和社區(qū)服務(wù)質(zhì)量;健康狀況還可以通過(guò)認(rèn)知因素間接影響城市老年人生活滿意度,社會(huì)參與也可以通過(guò)精神慰藉間接影響城市老年人生活滿意度;經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況和社區(qū)居住環(huán)境對(duì)城市老年人生活滿意度的影響不顯著�；谝陨戏治�,文章最后從老年人自身、家庭、社區(qū)和社會(huì)四個(gè)方面就如何改善城市老年人生活滿意度提供了具體的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of market economy, the implementation of family planning and the change of traditional concepts, the family pension function is weakened, and the pension institutions are unable to meet the individualized needs of the elderly because of the lack of management and insufficient funds. Under the publicity and promotion of the government and community personnel, more and more elderly people and families recognize and develop vigorously. Therefore, this paper starts with the mode of community home support. This paper probes into the influencing factors of the life satisfaction of the elderly in urban areas under the condition of community home support, and provides a certain reference for improving the quality of life and the life satisfaction of the elderly. First of all, through consulting the relevant empirical literature at home and abroad, Quantitative integration and summary of 13 major factors affecting the elderly life satisfaction, and the impact of these 13 variables on the value of the effect of meta-analysis; secondly, on the basis of meta-analysis, combined with the characteristics of the community home pension service model, A conceptual model is constructed to influence the life satisfaction of the elderly in urban areas. Finally, the key factors and the influencing paths of the life satisfaction of the elderly are analyzed empirically by using the structural equation model. The results show that, The influencing factors of the elderly's life satisfaction were: interpersonal communication, community medical condition, family relationship, health condition, child care, social participation, spiritual comfort, etc. Cognitive factors and community service quality, health status can also indirectly affect urban elderly life satisfaction through cognitive factors, social participation can also indirectly affect urban elderly life satisfaction through psychological comfort. The economic situation and the community living environment have no significant influence on the life satisfaction of the urban elderly. Based on the above analysis, the article ends with the elderly themselves, the family, Four aspects of the community and society on how to improve the life satisfaction of the elderly in urban areas to provide specific countermeasures.
