【摘要】：澳大利亞工黨是澳大利亞的主要政黨之一,在澳大利亞政壇上發(fā)揮著重要作用。作為歷史悠久的成熟政黨,工黨具有完備的黨章、綱領(lǐng)、制度、規(guī)約、準則等內(nèi)部規(guī)章。在內(nèi)部規(guī)章制度建設(shè)過程中,工黨注重黨章、黨綱等根本制度的建設(shè),并不斷革新自己的綱領(lǐng)和目標;注重發(fā)揚黨內(nèi)民主,保障黨員權(quán)利,進一步擴大了基層黨員的選舉權(quán)和決策權(quán);注重實事求是、與時俱進,不斷增強自身的政黨適應(yīng)性。
[Abstract]:The Labor Party of Australia is one of the major political parties in Australia and plays an important role in Australian politics. As a mature political party with a long history, the Labor Party has a complete constitution, program, system and statute. In the course of the construction of internal rules and regulations, the Labour Party pays attention to the construction of the party constitution, party platform and other fundamental systems, and constantly innovates its own programs and objectives. It also pays attention to promoting inner-party democracy and safeguarding the rights of party members. It further expands the voting rights and decision-making power of grassroots party members, pays attention to seeking truth from facts, keeps pace with the times, and constantly strengthens their political party adaptability.
