全齡共享視角下蘇州居家養(yǎng)老模式優(yōu)化策略

【摘要】:長期以來,我國老年居住環(huán)境建設滯后,從全國老齡辦的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)看,58.7%的城鄉(xiāng)老年人認為社區(qū)環(huán)境存在不適老的問題,造成這種現(xiàn)象的主要原因是當時出于成年型社會考慮,規(guī)劃住房及配套設施只適用于成年人居住。因而,在社區(qū)建設中,配套設施及服務體系面臨著從成年型向全齡型轉變。文章針對當前規(guī)劃困境,從各年齡群體共享的視角出發(fā),基于老年人的需求探尋全齡共享的內(nèi)涵,結合我國人口結構和社會現(xiàn)狀探索全齡共享理念,總結了全齡共享視角下居家養(yǎng)老模式在配套設施、服務功能和景觀體系三方面的發(fā)展路徑,并進一步探討全齡共享社區(qū)的建設。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the construction of living environment for the elderly in our country has lagged behind. According to the survey data of the National Office on ageing, 58.7% of the elderly people in urban and rural areas think that the community environment is not suitable for the elderly. The main reason for this phenomenon is that at that time, it was due to the consideration of the adult society. Planning housing and supporting facilities are only suitable for adults. Therefore, in community construction, supporting facilities and service systems are facing a transition from adult to full-age. In view of the current planning difficulties, this paper starts from the perspective of sharing among different age groups. Based on the needs of the elderly to explore the connotation of full-age sharing, combined with the population structure and social status in China to explore the concept of full-age sharing, summed up the perspective of age-sharing in the home pension model in the supporting facilities. The development path of service function and landscape system is discussed, and the construction of the whole-age shared community is discussed.
