【摘要】：信息安全是國家總體安全的重要組成部分,從信息主權(quán)到信息國際化、全球化來審視信息安全的國際關(guān)系意義,有助于從整體上把握信息安全的多維度特性。在信息全球化推動下,圍繞信息疆域形成的一系列挑戰(zhàn),我們應(yīng)進(jìn)行平等對話、交流,建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理新模式、新秩序,打造網(wǎng)絡(luò)命運共同體。如此,方能實現(xiàn)真正公正合理的全球安全秩序,從而防止或減少信息泄露事件的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Information security is an important part of national overall security. From information sovereignty to information internationalization, globalization examines the significance of information security in international relations. It is helpful to grasp the multi-dimensional characteristics of information security as a whole. Under the impetus of information globalization, we should have equal dialogue, exchange, and establish a new model and order of network governance around a series of challenges formed by information territory. Only in this way can a truly just and reasonable global security order be realized, thus preventing or reducing the occurrence of information leaks.
