【摘要】：[目的/意義]在恐怖主義將網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間作為第二戰(zhàn)場的背景下,構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)反恐知識庫,為實際網(wǎng)絡(luò)反恐工作提供知識查閱和決策參考。[方法/過程]通過學(xué)習(xí)已有機構(gòu)知識庫構(gòu)建方案和網(wǎng)絡(luò)反恐研究資料,運用DSpace的三層架構(gòu),從本體知識庫的形成、知識庫的設(shè)計流程和知識庫的功能模型構(gòu)建出網(wǎng)絡(luò)反恐知識庫模型。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]運用編程語言和數(shù)據(jù)庫完成網(wǎng)絡(luò)反恐本體知識庫構(gòu)建,并做出簡易原型知識庫系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)記錄網(wǎng)絡(luò)恐怖事件和組織反恐知識,通過查閱和瀏覽網(wǎng)絡(luò)恐怖事件和應(yīng)對方案為反恐機構(gòu)決策提供參考。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] in the context of terrorism regarding cyberspace as the second battlefield, the knowledge base on cyberterrorism is constructed. To provide knowledge reference and decision reference for actual network counter-terrorism work. [method / process] by studying the existing institutional knowledge base construction scheme and network counter-terrorism research materials, using the three-tier structure of DSpace, the formation of ontology knowledge base, The design flow of the knowledge base and the function model of the knowledge base are used to construct the network anti-terrorism knowledge base model. [results / conclusion] using programming language and database to complete the network anti-terrorism ontology knowledge base construction, It also makes a simple prototype knowledge base system. The system records the network terrorist events and the organization anti-terrorism knowledge, and provides the reference for the decision-making of the anti-terrorism organization by consulting and browsing the network terrorist incidents and coping plans.
