【摘要】：社區(qū)服務(wù)設(shè)施的空間可達(dá)性事關(guān)城市公共資源分配的社會(huì)公平與公正,是反映城市居民生活質(zhì)量的重要標(biāo)志。以南京市居住用地作為基本分析單元,對(duì)南京市的教育、醫(yī)療、商業(yè)和公園綠地四大類社區(qū)服務(wù)設(shè)施的空間可達(dá)性進(jìn)行分析;并通過對(duì)相關(guān)低收入社區(qū)的實(shí)地調(diào)研,研究城市邊緣區(qū)低收入群體的服務(wù)設(shè)施空間剝奪問題。研究表明:南京市四類服務(wù)設(shè)施的可達(dá)性水平均呈現(xiàn)出由城市中心區(qū)向郊區(qū)衰減的空間分異格局;較低的社區(qū)服務(wù)設(shè)施可達(dá)性不僅直接造成低收入社區(qū)居民對(duì)社區(qū)服務(wù)設(shè)施較低的滿意度,導(dǎo)致其空間剝奪感的產(chǎn)生,還極大地阻礙著社區(qū)歸屬感的形成,導(dǎo)致社區(qū)居民強(qiáng)烈的遷居欲望,在他們較低的支付能力下進(jìn)一步加劇其空間剝奪感。政府未來在規(guī)劃面向低收入群體的保障性社區(qū)時(shí),更應(yīng)注重相關(guān)服務(wù)配套設(shè)施建設(shè),做到社會(huì)與空間的公正性。
[Abstract]:The spatial accessibility of community service facilities related to city public resources allocation of social fairness and justice, is an important indicator of the quality of life of city residents of residential land in Nanjing as the basic analysis unit of Nanjing city education, medical treatment, analysis of spatial accessibility and commercial parks four kinds of community service facilities; and through the investigation of the low income community, on the edge of the city zone of low income group services spatial deprivation. The study shows that Nanjing city four service facilities accessibility level are showing differentiation pattern of attenuation by the city downtown to the outskirts of space; community service facilities is low not only directly due to low income community residents to the community service facilities lower satisfaction, lead to the deprivation of space, but also greatly hindered the formation of sense of community, leading to the community Residents' desire to move strongly will further exacerbate their sense of spatial deprivation under their low payment capacity. The government will focus on the construction of related services and facilities in order to achieve social and spatial equity when planning low-income communities for low-income groups.
