【摘要】：黨的十八大提出構(gòu)建合作共贏的人類命運共同體,十九大正式將推動構(gòu)建人類命運共同體作為中國外交的指導(dǎo)思想。人類命運共同體的價值理念,既包含超越國家利益的全球價值觀,也包含解決當(dāng)下國際社會安全和發(fā)展難題的秩序理念。"人類共同價值"蘊含著基于中國與世界關(guān)系而建構(gòu)的身份認(rèn)同,并提出全球治理體系和國際秩序變革的價值原則與"理想圖景",其特征需要從中國作為"世界和平的建設(shè)者""國際秩序的維護(hù)者""全球發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)者"出發(fā),進(jìn)行認(rèn)識和理解。國際政治文化是"人類共同價值"得以形成、鞏固的根基,但理念所表達(dá)的意愿和觀念是否具有現(xiàn)實性,需要看它在多大程度上轉(zhuǎn)化為政策和行為。人類命運共同體理念的影響與示范意義,取決于中國作為一個文明體的崛起。
[Abstract]:The 18 Party Congress proposed to build a win-win community of human destiny, 19th CPC National Congress will formally promote the construction of a community of human destiny as the guiding ideology of Chinese diplomacy, the value of the Community of Human Destiny. It includes not only the global values that transcend the national interests, but also the concept of order to solve the problems of international social security and development. "Common value of mankind" contains the identity based on the relationship between China and the world. And put forward the value principle and "ideal prospect" of the reform of global governance system and international order. Its characteristics need to start from China as "the builder of world peace", "the guardian of the international order" and "the contributor to global development". International political culture is the foundation of the formation and consolidation of "common values of mankind", but whether the will and concept expressed by the idea is realistic. The influence and demonstration significance of the concept of human destiny community depends on the rise of China as a civilized body.
