【摘要】：十八大以來,以習(xí)近平同志為總書記的新一屆領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體明確提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢(mèng)及兩個(gè)一百年戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),形成了全面建成小康社會(huì)、全面深化改革、全面推進(jìn)依法治國、全面從嚴(yán)治黨——“四個(gè)全面”作為當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)時(shí)期治國理政的總方略,中國特色社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)進(jìn)入了新階段。在這一時(shí)代環(huán)境下,作為精神動(dòng)力和智力支持的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作必然會(huì)要展現(xiàn)出一些新思路新方法,需要把握住一些新的原則,更加積極更加主動(dòng),謀求中華民族在人類文明話語權(quán)上的應(yīng)有地位,推進(jìn)中華民族包括文化復(fù)興在內(nèi)的偉大復(fù)興。論文在具體闡述當(dāng)前意識(shí)形態(tài)工作面臨的主要挑戰(zhàn)后,從把握新形勢(shì)出發(fā),提出了當(dāng)前意識(shí)形態(tài)工作要把握的兩大原則:全面統(tǒng)籌、與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。繼而在接下來的兩章中具體論述對(duì)意識(shí)形態(tài)工作任務(wù)的全面統(tǒng)籌,以及任務(wù)解決對(duì)策上的與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。本文第一章詳細(xì)說明了當(dāng)前新形勢(shì)下意識(shí)形態(tài)工作面臨的新任務(wù)新挑戰(zhàn),以及意識(shí)形態(tài)工作如何適應(yīng)當(dāng)前形勢(shì)需要,確保國家意識(shí)形態(tài)安全。第二章,重點(diǎn)論述了新形勢(shì)下意識(shí)形態(tài)工作需要把握的基本原則和指導(dǎo)方針。第三章,通過全面統(tǒng)籌、精細(xì)規(guī)劃,具體分析我國當(dāng)前意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域需要著重解決的四項(xiàng)重點(diǎn)問題,包括黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部馬列主義信仰問題;反西方滲透,堅(jiān)定中國特色社會(huì)主義理想信念問題;加強(qiáng)民族團(tuán)結(jié),增進(jìn)民族認(rèn)同問題;滿足人民需求,提高人民素養(yǎng)問題。第四章,論述在新的歷史環(huán)境下,與時(shí)俱進(jìn),創(chuàng)新意識(shí)形態(tài)工作的手段方法,積極探索維護(hù)意識(shí)形態(tài)安全的有效途徑,重點(diǎn)從加強(qiáng)理論研究、營造正面的現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、健全意識(shí)形態(tài)管理機(jī)制、把握互聯(lián)網(wǎng)陣地五個(gè)方面做了詳細(xì)論述。最后,總結(jié)全文,意識(shí)形態(tài)工作需把握新形勢(shì),全面統(tǒng)籌重點(diǎn)任務(wù),與時(shí)俱進(jìn),創(chuàng)新工作手段,全面打造正能量、提升國家文化軟實(shí)力,奏響中華民族偉大復(fù)興的宏偉樂章。
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress, the new leading collective with Comrade Xi Jinping as the general secretary has clearly put forward Chinese Dream and two strategic objectives for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and formed a well-off society in an all-round way. Deepening the reform in an all-round way, comprehensively promoting the rule of law, and administering the party in an all-round and strict manner-"four all-round" is the general strategy of governing the country at present and in a period to come. The modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage. In this era, the ideological work, which is the spiritual motive force and intellectual support, will inevitably show some new ideas and methods. It is necessary to grasp some new principles, be more active and more active, and strive for the due position of the Chinese nation in the discourse right of human civilization. To promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, including the cultural rejuvenation. After elaborating the main challenges facing the current ideological work, the thesis starts from the new situation. Put forward the current ideological work to grasp the two major principles: overall coordination, with the times, and then in the next two chapters of the specific discussion of the ideological task of the overall coordination. The first chapter of this paper explains in detail the new tasks and new challenges facing the ideological work under the current new situation, and how the ideological work to meet the needs of the current situation. The second chapter focuses on the basic principles and guidelines to be grasped in the ideological work under the new situation. Concretely analyze the four key problems that need to be solved emphatically in the field of ideology at present in our country, including the issue of Marxism-Leninism belief of leading cadres of party members; Anti-Western infiltration and strengthening the socialist ideals and beliefs with Chinese characteristics; Strengthening national unity and enhancing national identity; Chapter 4th discusses how to keep pace with the times, innovate the means of ideological work, and actively explore the effective ways to maintain ideological security in the new historical environment. Focus on strengthening theoretical research, create a positive reality environment, team building, improve ideological management mechanism, grasp the Internet position in five aspects of a detailed discussion. Finally, summarize the full text. Ideological work needs to grasp the new situation, comprehensively coordinate the key tasks, keep pace with the times, innovate the means of work, comprehensively create positive energy, enhance the soft power of national culture, and play a grand movement of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
