【摘要】："合法性—有效性"的二元框架是學(xué)界探討中國政黨制度與現(xiàn)代國家關(guān)系的既有路徑。從歷時性視角看,中國政黨制度與現(xiàn)代國家的關(guān)系經(jīng)歷了組織性同構(gòu)、制度性嵌入、效能性共生三個階段。"中心—多元"政黨結(jié)構(gòu)模式的調(diào)適是兩者關(guān)系演進(jìn)的內(nèi)在邏輯。國家與社會關(guān)系的深刻變革、中國共產(chǎn)黨的適應(yīng)性調(diào)整、民主黨派的回應(yīng)性轉(zhuǎn)型、政黨合作和協(xié)商機(jī)制的完善分別構(gòu)成了政黨制度與國家關(guān)系變遷的外部壓力、內(nèi)生動力、結(jié)構(gòu)推力和制度拉力。中國政黨制度對現(xiàn)代國家的貢獻(xiàn),體現(xiàn)為推動發(fā)展、激發(fā)民主和促進(jìn)團(tuán)結(jié)。政治協(xié)商是今后中國進(jìn)一步發(fā)展政黨制度的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:The dualistic framework of "legitimacy and validity" is an existing way for academic circles to explore the relationship between Chinese political party system and modern state. From a diachronic perspective, the relationship between Chinese political party system and modern state has experienced organizational isomorphism. Institutional embedding and efficiency symbiosis. The adjustment of the "central-pluralistic" political party structure is the internal logic of the evolution of the relationship between the two, the profound transformation of the state and social relations, and the adaptability of the Communist Party of China. The responsive transformation of democratic parties, the improvement of political party cooperation and consultation mechanism constitute the external pressure and endogenous motive force of the change of political party system and state relationship respectively. The contribution of China's political party system to the modern country is embodied in promoting development, stimulating democracy and promoting unity. Political consultation is the key to the further development of the political party system in China.
