【摘要】：習近平總書記治國理政新理念、新思想、新戰(zhàn)略和新路徑,是一套科學、系統(tǒng)、完備的理論體系,既是運用科學方法論的結晶,又彰顯了科學方法論。因此,探討習近平總書記治國理政的科學方法論,既是研究習近平治國理政思想的入口,又有助于深入學習習近平治國理政思想。鑒于此,本刊邀請包括長江學者、萬人計劃哲學社會科學領軍人才、中宣部文化名家和"四個一批"人才在內的著名學者以及專業(yè)理論工作者,從不同角度研究習近平總書記治國理政的方法論問題。習近平總書記治國理政的科學方法論,不僅貫穿于習近平總書記系列重要講話之始終,而且還內含在"中國夢"的思想中、社會治理的思想中、思想政治教育工作的原則中、分析社會變遷的問題意識中、"為人類對更好社會制度的探索提供中國方案"中。歷史思維方法既貫穿于習近平總書記治國理政思想之始終,又是習近平總書記闡釋"中國夢"的重要方法論。習近平總書記不僅運用歷史思維方法揭示"中國夢"的起源、闡釋"中國夢"的演變、解讀"中國夢"的內涵,而且運用歷史思維方法設計"中國夢"的路徑、展望"中國夢"的愿景。因此,歷史思維方法是理解"中國夢"的科學方法論。問題意識是習近平治國理政方法論的重要內容,問題意識體現的是一種辯證思維、矛盾方法和務實品質,是理論創(chuàng)新的起點,是深化改革的動力,是構建制度的邏輯,是推動發(fā)展的著力點。在中國特色社會主義發(fā)展的新階段,進行具有許多新的歷史特點的偉大斗爭必須堅持和用好"問題導向"這個方法論。"中國方案"是中國特色社會主義道路、理論、制度、文化發(fā)展的重要里程碑,是馬克思主義中國化、時代化、大眾化進程中的理論創(chuàng)新和實踐創(chuàng)新。"中國方案"支撐世界共同發(fā)展,折射人類共同命運,蟄伏時代共同哲學。人類命運共同體思想體現了習近平把握世界大勢,主張世界治理,關注世界未來的共同價值論、共同責任論、共同命運論。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping's new ideas, new ideas, new strategies and new paths are a set of scientific, systematic and complete theoretical system, which is not only the crystallization of scientific methodology, but also highlights the scientific methodology. To probe into General Secretary Xi Jinping's scientific methodology of governing and managing his country is not only the entrance to the study of Xi Jinping's thought of governing and managing his country, but also helps to study the thought of running the country in depth. In view of this, we invite the scholars of the Yangtze River to be included in the journal. Ten thousand people plan to lead in philosophy and social sciences, the propaganda Department of the Department of Cultural experts and "four groups" of talents, as well as professional theorists. This paper studies General Secretary Xi Jinping's methodology of running a country and politics from different angles. The scientific methodology of General Secretary Xi Jinping's administration of state affairs not only runs through the course of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches. It also contains in the thought of "Chinese Dream", in the thought of social governance, in the principle of ideological and political education, in the analysis of the problem consciousness of social change. The historical thinking method not only runs through General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought of running a country, but also provides a Chinese plan for the exploration of a better social system. It is also an important methodology for General Secretary Xi Jinping to explain "Chinese Dream". General Secretary Xi Jinping not only uses historical thinking method to reveal the origin of "Chinese Dream", but also explains the evolution of "Chinese Dream". This paper interprets the connotation of Chinese Dream, designs the path of Chinese Dream by historical thinking, and looks forward to the vision of Chinese Dream. The method of historical thinking is the scientific methodology of understanding "Chinese Dream". The problem consciousness is an important content of Xi Jinping's methodology of running a country, and the problem consciousness embodies a kind of dialectical thinking, contradictory method and pragmatic quality. It is the starting point of theoretical innovation, the motive force of deepening reform, the logic of constructing system and the starting point of promoting the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new stage of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To carry out a great struggle with many new historical characteristics, we must adhere to and make good use of the methodology of "problem orientation." the "China proposal" is the road, theory, and system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The important milestone of cultural development is the innovation of theory and practice in the process of Marxism in China, the times and the popularization. The "China Scheme" supports the common development of the world and reflects the common destiny of mankind. The common philosophy of the dormant era. The thought of human destiny community embodies Xi Jinping's common value theory, common responsibility theory and common destiny theory of holding the world trend, advocating world governance and paying attention to the future of the world.
