【摘要】：習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想是一個(gè)博大精深的科學(xué)體系,"四個(gè)全面"是這一科學(xué)體系的重要內(nèi)容。這一科學(xué)體系是以堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義為主題展開(kāi)的,"四個(gè)全面"是在新的時(shí)代條件下堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的戰(zhàn)略布局;這一科學(xué)體系是以實(shí)現(xiàn)"兩個(gè)一百年"奮斗目標(biāo)和中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)為戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的,"四個(gè)全面"是實(shí)現(xiàn)這一戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的戰(zhàn)略布局;這一科學(xué)體系是以"五位一體"為總體布局的,"四個(gè)全面"是統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會(huì)和生態(tài)文明協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略布局;這一科學(xué)體系是以"五大發(fā)展理念"為戰(zhàn)略引領(lǐng)的,"四個(gè)全面"是全面實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開(kāi)放、共享發(fā)展的必然選擇和重要保障;這一科學(xué)體系是以"堅(jiān)持以人民為中心"為根本政治立場(chǎng)和價(jià)值追求的,"四個(gè)全面"全方位地貫徹和體現(xiàn)了"以人民為中心的發(fā)展思想"。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is a broad and profound scientific system. "four aspects" is an important part of this scientific system, which is based on the theme of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. "four All-round" is the strategic layout of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics under the new era. The goal of this scientific system is to realize the goal of "two hundred years" and Chinese Dream, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and "four all-round" is the strategic layout to realize this strategic goal. The overall layout of this scientific system is "five in one", and "four all-round" is the strategic layout to promote the harmonious development of socialist economy, politics, culture, society and ecological civilization as a whole; This scientific system is guided by the "five development concepts", and "four all-round" is the inevitable choice and important guarantee to realize innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing development in an all-round way. This scientific system is based on the fundamental political stand and value pursuit of "adhering to the people as the center", and the "four comprehensive" all-round implementation and embodiment of the "people-centered development thought".
