【摘要】：新全球化時(shí)代,面對(duì)依然充滿(mǎn)激烈矛盾和緊張沖突的并不安寧的當(dāng)代世界,中國(guó)政府立足人類(lèi)歷史正道之公共價(jià)值的立場(chǎng),著眼全人類(lèi)根本的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的利益和共同的公共性福祉,創(chuàng)造性地提出了"五大發(fā)展理念"以及"人類(lèi)命運(yùn)共同體"的理念和構(gòu)想,這深刻體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人的遠(yuǎn)見(jiàn)卓識(shí)、世界情懷和責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng),是其為全球治理和善治目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),著眼人類(lèi)社會(huì)的整體性發(fā)展所貢獻(xiàn)的卓越的、具有文明新高度的"中國(guó)方案"和"中國(guó)智慧",為實(shí)質(zhì)性地不斷增進(jìn)全人類(lèi)共同的福祉、實(shí)現(xiàn)人類(lèi)共同價(jià)值,吁求一個(gè)平等、正義、秩序的新的美好世界,提供了共同行動(dòng)計(jì)劃,指明了具體努力方向,勾劃了一個(gè)可預(yù)期的理想遠(yuǎn)景。
[Abstract]:In the new era of globalization, in the face of the contemporary world, which is still full of intense contradictions and tense conflicts, the Chinese government is based on the position of public value in the right way of human history. In view of the fundamental long-term interests and common public welfare of all mankind, the author creatively puts forward the concepts and ideas of "five development concepts" and "human destiny community". This profoundly reflects the foresight, world feelings and responsibility of the Chinese Communists, and is an outstanding contribution to the realization of the goal of global governance and good governance and to the overall development of human society. The "China Program" and "Chinese Wisdom", which have a new height of civilization, appeal for a new and beautiful world of equality, justice and order in order to continuously enhance the common welfare of all mankind and realize the common values of mankind. It provides a common plan of action, points out the specific direction of the effort, and outlines an ideal and predictable vision.
