【摘要】：衛(wèi)生治理是全球治理的重要組成部分。中醫(yī)藥是中國(guó)參與中東地區(qū)衛(wèi)生治理的重要載體。中醫(yī)藥參與海合會(huì)國(guó)家衛(wèi)生治理對(duì)中國(guó)在當(dāng)?shù)赝七M(jìn)"一帶一路"具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。中醫(yī)藥國(guó)際化發(fā)展是中國(guó)在海灣地區(qū)推進(jìn)"一帶一路"的重要?jiǎng)恿?也是中國(guó)提升文化軟實(shí)力和外交親和力的重要依托手段,更是中國(guó)參與全球衛(wèi)生治理的重要路徑選擇。本文通過(guò)考察海合會(huì)國(guó)家衛(wèi)生治理的訴求,厘清中醫(yī)藥在海合會(huì)地區(qū)發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣態(tài)勢(shì),并從多元合作、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、生態(tài)治理三個(gè)方面的具體發(fā)展路徑提出建議。
[Abstract]:Health governance is an important part of global governance. Chinese medicine is an important carrier for China to participate in health governance in the Middle East. Chinese medicine participation in the health governance of GCC countries promotes "Belt and Road" in China. The internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine is an important driving force for China to promote "Belt and Road" in the Gulf region. It is also an important means for China to enhance cultural soft power and diplomatic affinity, and it is also an important path choice for China to participate in global health governance. To clarify the advantages and disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine development in GCC region, and put forward some suggestions from the aspects of pluralistic cooperation, industrial development and ecological governance.
