【摘要】：探討中美戰(zhàn)略合作共識和中國的戰(zhàn)略思維特性,是理解中美戰(zhàn)略合作的微觀基礎(chǔ)。在中美關(guān)系解凍、中美建交,以及兩國競爭與合作時期,中國呈現(xiàn)出對雙邊戰(zhàn)略共識的追求、"大局觀"等戰(zhàn)略思維特性,中方在臺灣問題上的"擱置"思維也產(chǎn)生了合作與沖突并存的國際政治效應(yīng)。中美實力對比結(jié)構(gòu)及其變化,是影響中國單邊默契戰(zhàn)略思維起源及其演變,進(jìn)而影響中美戰(zhàn)略合作與沖突關(guān)系發(fā)展的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Discussing the common understanding of strategic cooperation between China and the United States and the characteristics of China's strategic thinking are the micro basis for understanding the strategic cooperation between China and the United States, and during the thawing of Sino-US relations, the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States, and the period of competition and cooperation between the two countries. China has shown the pursuit of bilateral strategic consensus, "overall vision" and other strategic thinking characteristics. China's "shelved" thinking on the Taiwan issue has also produced an international political effect of coexisting cooperation and conflict. The comparative structure of strength between China and the United States and its changes affect the origin and evolution of China's unilateral tacit understanding of strategic thinking. Furthermore, it is an important factor that affects the development of the strategic cooperation and conflict relationship between China and the United States.
