【摘要】：正近年來學(xué)界在冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期國際關(guān)系史研究領(lǐng)域所取得的進(jìn)展和成就,同自20世紀(jì)80年代以來各國解密的大量檔案文獻(xiàn)以及研究者對這些檔案的整理和利用是密不可分的。冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期中國和印度關(guān)系的研究,極典型地詮釋了多國解密檔案對學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新的至關(guān)重要的作用和意義。通過系統(tǒng)整理中國、印度、英國、俄羅斯、美國等國新近解密的檔案文獻(xiàn),并基于這些檔案的解讀和運(yùn)用,探討冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期中國和印度關(guān)系的發(fā)展演進(jìn),特別是中印兩國圍繞西藏問題所展開的交涉和斗爭,以及中印邊界問題的
[Abstract]:In recent years, academic circles have made progress and achievements in the research field of the history of international relations during the Cold War. It is closely related to a large number of archival documents declassified by various countries since 1980s, as well as the research on the relationship between China and India during the Cold War. This paper interprets the important role and significance of declassified archives in China, India, Britain, Russia, the United States and other countries by systematizing the newly declassified archives of China, India, Britain, Russia, the United States, and so on. Based on the interpretation and application of these archives, this paper discusses the development and evolution of the relations between China and India during the Cold War, especially the negotiations and struggles between China and India over the Tibet issue, as well as the border issues between China and India.
