【摘要】：面對中國未富先老的現(xiàn)象,探究如何在既有居住社區(qū)實現(xiàn)居家養(yǎng)老模式,將對整個養(yǎng)老行業(yè)以及社會健康發(fā)展起到促進作用�；谡甙l(fā)展方向,首先構(gòu)建既有社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老模式的運行框架;然后針對既有社區(qū)目前狀況,在引入社區(qū)老年服務(wù)運營商的前提下,分別在社區(qū)日常生活服務(wù)、適老化改造、醫(yī)養(yǎng)護一體化方面做出了具體運行路徑的設(shè)計和激勵保障措施的建議,為既有社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老模式的發(fā)展提供參考和啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:In the face of the phenomenon that China is old before becoming rich, it will promote the whole pension industry and the healthy development of society to explore how to realize the home pension model in the existing residential communities. Based on the policy development direction. First of all, the operating framework of the existing community home pension model is constructed. Then in view of the current situation of the existing community, under the premise of introducing the community elderly service operators, respectively in the community daily life services, suitable for aging transformation. In the aspect of integration of medical care and maintenance, the author made some suggestions on the design of specific operation path and incentive and safeguard measures, which provided reference and inspiration for the development of the existing community home pension model.
