【摘要】：權(quán)力轉(zhuǎn)移理論認(rèn)為崛起國(guó)必然首先發(fā)起對(duì)主導(dǎo)國(guó)的進(jìn)攻。近來(lái)一些學(xué)者運(yùn)用這種簡(jiǎn)單的單向思維來(lái)分析中美關(guān)系的未來(lái),得出悲觀的結(jié)論。但這一邏輯存在以下問(wèn)題:一是在理論上排除了主導(dǎo)國(guó)會(huì)首先發(fā)動(dòng)進(jìn)攻的可能;二是在經(jīng)驗(yàn)上被相關(guān)學(xué)者證偽;三是在政策建議中忽視了如何防范主導(dǎo)國(guó)發(fā)動(dòng)進(jìn)攻。本文借助前景理論中對(duì)"收益"和"損失"的框定來(lái)分析權(quán)力轉(zhuǎn)移中崛起國(guó)和主導(dǎo)國(guó)的關(guān)系圖景,提出四點(diǎn)假設(shè)。接著運(yùn)用二戰(zhàn)中的德國(guó)和蘇聯(lián)的關(guān)系以及20世紀(jì)80—90年代的日本和美國(guó)的關(guān)系兩個(gè)案例,重點(diǎn)對(duì)假設(shè)三(當(dāng)主導(dǎo)國(guó)將前景框定為"損失",而崛起國(guó)框定為"收益"時(shí),主導(dǎo)國(guó)傾向于發(fā)動(dòng)預(yù)防性戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng))進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:The power transfer theory believes that the rise of the country must first launched on the leading country attack. Recently some scholars use this simple way of thinking to analyze the future of Sino US relations, the pessimistic conclusion. But this logic has the following problems: one is eliminated in theory Congress may be attacked first; two is in experience by related scholars falsification; three is in the policy recommendations were ignored in how to prevent the attack. With the help of the leading country of the transfer of power in the relationship between China and the rise of picture leading country of "income" and "loss" framed in prospect theory, four hypotheses are proposed. Then the relationship between Germany and the Soviet Union during World War II and in twentieth Century 80 the relationship between Japan and the United States in 90s two of the cases, focusing on hypothesis three (when the leading country will prospect framed as "loss", and the rise of framed as "income", the leading country tend to Launch a preventive war) to verify.
