【摘要】：老年人養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療服務(wù)需求快速增長,而我國對(duì)此類服務(wù)供給不足。醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合模式建設(shè)成為應(yīng)對(duì)中國式老齡化的國家戰(zhàn)略,其中醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)是整合醫(yī)療、養(yǎng)老資源的主要載體。近年來隨著國家政策的不斷推進(jìn)和各地區(qū)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)快速發(fā)展,我國醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)供給受到前所未有的重視。醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的本質(zhì)和最終目標(biāo)是為公眾提供高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)的養(yǎng)老公共服務(wù)�；凇皼]有測量就沒有管理”的管理理念,本文對(duì)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)供給進(jìn)行測評(píng)研究,建立醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)滿意度測評(píng)模型,并結(jié)合訪談內(nèi)容的整理對(duì)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)中服務(wù)供給滿意度現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展提出相應(yīng)建議。論文的主要研究內(nèi)容和貢獻(xiàn)如下:首先,從醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合模式的研究背景進(jìn)行闡述,提出本次研究的目的意義。通過對(duì)相關(guān)概念的界定分析醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的內(nèi)涵,并從服務(wù)供給平臺(tái)、性質(zhì)等方面構(gòu)建醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)供給的理論基礎(chǔ);綜合整理涉及醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的研究內(nèi)容與成果,給研究醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)滿意度以理論上的依據(jù),參照滿意度相關(guān)研究成果對(duì)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)滿意度的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行界定,對(duì)醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)滿意形成機(jī)理進(jìn)行詮釋。其次,借鑒Fornell構(gòu)建模型的理念及方法,結(jié)合顧客(公共)滿意度指數(shù)的相關(guān)研究,綜合考量醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行變量的選取和結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系的假設(shè),然后建立醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)滿意度指數(shù)模型。將哈爾濱市16家醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合型養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)作為研究對(duì)象,通過問卷調(diào)查的方式搜集數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。最后,應(yīng)用醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)滿意度模型測度實(shí)證對(duì)象機(jī)構(gòu)整體及3種類型機(jī)構(gòu)的滿意度水平,并針對(duì)3種類型醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的滿意度測評(píng)結(jié)果有較大差異這一現(xiàn)象結(jié)合典型案例分析醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,并提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:For the aged, the demand for medical services is growing rapidly, but the supply of such services is insufficient in our country. The construction of the model of combination of medical care and support has become the national strategy to cope with the aging of China, and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and old-age care institutions is the integration of medical care. In recent years, with the continuous promotion of national policies and the combination of medical care and pension institutions in various regions, the construction of pension institutions has developed rapidly. The supply of old-age service in medical institution has been paid more attention than ever before in China. The essence and ultimate goal of old-age service is to provide high efficiency for the public. High quality public service for the aged. Based on the management concept of "no measurement, no management", this paper evaluates and studies the supply of old-age service in combination with medical institutions. This paper establishes the evaluation model of the satisfaction degree of the old-age service in the combination of medical and nursing institutions, and analyzes the present situation of the satisfaction degree of the service supply in the construction of the hospital combined with the support for the aged with the arrangement of interview content. The main research contents and contributions of this paper are as follows: firstly, the background of the research on the combination of medical care and support is expounded. Put forward the purpose significance of this study. Through the definition of related concepts to analyze the connotation of medical care combined with institutional pension services, and from the service supply platform. To construct the theoretical foundation of the old-age service supply in combination of medical and nursing institutions in terms of its nature and so on; Comprehensive collation involves the research content and results of the medical and nursing organization old-age care service, and gives a theoretical basis for the research on the satisfaction of the medical and support organization pension service. Referring to the related research results of the degree of satisfaction, the connotation of the degree of satisfaction is defined, and the formation mechanism of the satisfaction is explained. Secondly. Based on the concept and method of Fornell model, combined with the related research of customer (public) satisfaction index, the characteristics of medical care combined with institutional pension service were comprehensively considered. The selection of variables and the hypothesis of structural relationship were carried out, and then the index model of satisfaction of medical and nursing institutions was established. The 16 medical and support pension institutions in Harbin were taken as the research objects. Through the way of questionnaire to collect data for statistical analysis. Finally, the application of the medical care and support institutions pension service satisfaction model to measure the overall and three types of institutional satisfaction level. According to the result of satisfaction evaluation of three types of medical and nursing combined pension institutions, this paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of medical and nursing combined pension institutions with typical cases, and puts forward corresponding development suggestions.
