【摘要】：唐代監(jiān)察制度的研究成果很多,然而對這一制度的特點卻研究不夠。總的來看,其具有以下幾方面的特點:垂直監(jiān)察的體制、將監(jiān)察貫穿于日常工作中、審計與勾檢制度、被糾彈官員停職待罪的規(guī)定、監(jiān)察體制中相互制約、提高監(jiān)察官員政治待遇。唐代監(jiān)察制度的特點是在吸收前代制度精華的基礎(chǔ)上,再結(jié)合當(dāng)時的社會與政治狀況而逐漸形成的,具有十分重要的歷史鑒戒意義。
[Abstract]:A lot of research results of the supervisory system in Tang Dynasty, but the characteristics of the system research is not enough. But overall, it has the following characteristics: vertical supervision system, the supervision throughout the daily work, auditing and checking system, be rectified officials suspended the provisions to be crime, mutual restraint and supervision system, improve the official political treatment. The characteristics of the supervisory system in Tang Dynasty is based on the previous generation to absorb the essence of system, and then gradually formed with the social and political situation at that time, it has very important historical significance.
