【摘要】：中美兩國的警察教育培訓(xùn)體系存在較大差異:美國的警察教育培訓(xùn)自成體系,具有很強的獨立性,我國的警察教育培訓(xùn)則是國民教育的組成部分,由公安部門和教育部門雙重領(lǐng)導(dǎo);美國的警察教育培訓(xùn)實行的是職業(yè)教育模式,我國的警察教育培訓(xùn)實行的則是職業(yè)教育與學(xué)歷教育相結(jié)合的模式;美國的警察教育培訓(xùn)中十分注重教育與應(yīng)用相結(jié)合,理論與實踐相結(jié)合,強調(diào)實用性和實踐性;我國的警察教育培訓(xùn)中則實踐環(huán)節(jié)的教學(xué)、學(xué)員實際動手能力的培養(yǎng)還比較薄弱;美國的警察部門十分重視建設(shè)一支高素質(zhì)的教師隊伍,我國的公安院校教師隊伍則文化、專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)還不盡合理,特別是專業(yè)教師隊伍存在嚴重的斷層情況。
[Abstract]:There are great differences between China and the United States in the police education and training system: the police education and training system in the United States is self-contained and has strong independence, while the police education and training in our country is an integral part of national education, led by the public security department and the education department, the police education and training in the United States implements the vocational education model, and the police education and training in our country implements the mode of combining vocational education with academic education. In the police education and training in the United States, we attach great importance to the combination of education and application, the combination of theory and practice, and emphasize practicability and practicality, while in the police education and training in our country, the teaching of practical links is still weak, and the cultivation of students' practical ability is still relatively weak. The police department of the United States attaches great importance to the construction of a high-quality teacher team, while the teaching staff of public security colleges and universities in our country are cultural and the professional structure is not reasonable, especially there are serious faults in the professional teaching staff.
