【摘要】：藥品是一種關(guān)系到人類公共健康的特殊商品,作為藥品生產(chǎn)公司,制藥公司不僅是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,同時(shí)也承載著保障人類身體健康的特殊使命。由于藥品本身的特殊性決定了制藥公司在進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的過程中必須做出正確的倫理選擇。從倫理學(xué)角度來看,制藥公司既要追求經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的最大化,又要承擔(dān)一定的社會(huì)責(zé)任,因此,制藥公司在實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的同時(shí)更應(yīng)重視其自身的道德價(jià)值。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,公眾對(duì)自由、幸福、公平、正義、健康、安全等概念有了新的認(rèn)識(shí),產(chǎn)生了新的需求,制藥公司為了在新環(huán)境下的生存和發(fā)展,就不能忽視其自身經(jīng)營行為的正當(dāng)性。而現(xiàn)階段下我國的制藥公司在藥品研制、生產(chǎn)、流通和使用等方面忽視藥品特殊性,普遍存在著倫理道德的缺失與不足,反映出了制藥公司在追尋利益的過程中對(duì)生命的漠視和倫理的踐踏,這也是引發(fā)各類藥品安全事件的主要原因。針對(duì)以上問題,本文在對(duì)我國現(xiàn)有的公司經(jīng)營行為研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合我國目前制藥公司現(xiàn)狀,從倫理學(xué)角度出發(fā),尋找制藥公司在進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動(dòng)時(shí)所產(chǎn)生的倫理沖突與面臨的道德困境;通過對(duì)制藥公司經(jīng)營行為的深度分析,探尋制藥公司經(jīng)營行為缺失的主要原因,進(jìn)而提出相應(yīng)的倫理選擇原則及其實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑;基于正義論等理論,通過結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,對(duì)我國制藥公司提出一定倫理要求;引導(dǎo)和規(guī)范制藥公司正確履行其社會(huì)職能,實(shí)現(xiàn)其自身經(jīng)濟(jì)利益與道德價(jià)值的雙贏,旨在為制藥公司未來的發(fā)展提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:Drug is a special commodity related to human public health. As a pharmaceutical company, pharmaceutical company is not only an important part of our economy, but also a special mission to protect human health. Because of the particularity of drugs, pharmaceutical companies must make the right ethical choice in the process of production and operation. From the point of view of ethics, pharmaceutical companies should not only pursue the maximization of economic benefits, but also undertake certain social responsibilities. Therefore, pharmaceutical companies should pay more attention to their own moral value while realizing economic benefits. With the development of society, the public has a new understanding of the concepts of freedom, happiness, fairness, justice, health, safety and so on. We can't ignore the legitimacy of their own business behavior. At the present stage, the pharmaceutical companies in our country ignore the particularity of drugs in the aspects of drug development, production, circulation and use, and generally lack and lack of ethics and morality. It reflects the disregard of life and the trampling of ethics in the process of pursuing the interests of pharmaceutical companies, which is also the main cause of all kinds of drug safety incidents. In view of the above problems, this paper based on the study of the existing business behavior of our country, combined with the current situation of pharmaceutical companies in China, from the point of view of ethics, Looking for the ethical conflict and moral dilemma faced by pharmaceutical companies in their production and operation activities; Through the deep analysis of the pharmaceutical company's management behavior, the main reasons for the lack of the pharmaceutical company's business behavior are explored, and the corresponding ethical choice principle and its realization way are put forward. Based on the theory of justice and combining with the actual situation, this paper puts forward certain ethical requirements to the pharmaceutical companies in our country. The purpose of guiding and standardizing pharmaceutical companies to perform their social functions correctly and to realize the win-win of their own economic interests and moral values is to provide a new way of thinking for the future development of pharmaceutical companies.
