作為共同體的學(xué)校及其人際關(guān)系的倫理探討

【摘要】:學(xué)校是學(xué)生的精神家園,是學(xué)生精神的"棲息地"。精神家園意味著學(xué)生在校園里有家的感覺(jué),校園人際關(guān)系如同"家人般"關(guān)系。將"共同體"的概念引入"學(xué)校"和"校園人際關(guān)系"的研究,有助于我們更好理解"校園人際關(guān)系"的倫理本質(zhì)。基于學(xué)校作為"共同體"的理解,校園人際關(guān)系具有精神性、非功利性和向善性的特點(diǎn)。反觀我們的校園人際關(guān)系,在現(xiàn)時(shí)代背景下同事之間呈現(xiàn)為冷漠性的疏離關(guān)系,學(xué)生之間為競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性的對(duì)抗關(guān)系,師生之間為支配性的操縱關(guān)系。因此,重構(gòu)校園人際關(guān)系具有基礎(chǔ)和救贖性意義和價(jià)值。為此,我們要堅(jiān)持教育愛(ài)是校園人際關(guān)系的倫理本質(zhì),關(guān)懷和紀(jì)律是校園人際關(guān)系的倫理表征,需從合作和團(tuán)結(jié)的角度進(jìn)行倫理建構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:School is the spiritual home of students and the "habitat" of students' spirit. Spiritual home means that students have a sense of home on campus, and campus interpersonal relationships are like "family" relationships. Introducing the concept of "community" into the study of "school" and "campus interpersonal relationship" will help us better understand the ethical nature of "campus interpersonal relationship". Based on the understanding of school as "community", campus interpersonal relationship has the characteristics of spirituality, non-utilitarianism and kindness. On the other hand, in the background of the present era, the interpersonal relationship in our campus presents an indifferent alienation relationship, a competitive confrontation relationship between students and a dominant manipulation relationship between teachers and students. Therefore, the reconstruction of campus interpersonal relationship has the basic and redemption significance and value. Therefore, we should insist that education love is the ethical essence of campus interpersonal relationship, care and discipline is the ethical representation of campus interpersonal relationship, and we should construct ethics from the angle of cooperation and solidarity.
