【摘要】：本文旨在為西方生命倫理"施益原則"與儒家生命倫理"仁愛原則"(1)之內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行增補(bǔ),以"忠恕之道"回應(yīng)兩原則之內(nèi)在問題。"施益原則"提出,"須衡量行為產(chǎn)生的利益足以保證花費(fèi)的成本"作為施益者是否施益于對象之衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。但成本與利益難以估量,是此原則面臨最大的問題。"仁愛原則"提出,"愛人"、"推己及人"、"克己復(fù)禮"之概念。但其首先肯認(rèn)"仁"天生本具,這適合作為教育培養(yǎng)生命醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)人員之道德品格,但忽略面對現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的行動判斷方式。本文認(rèn)為,應(yīng)該延伸"推己及人"的概念,強(qiáng)化"忠恕之道"中我-他者的雙向的結(jié)構(gòu),亦能增補(bǔ)"施益原則"與"仁愛原則"之內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to supplement the connotation of the western bioethics "benefit principle" and Confucian bioethics "benevolence principle" (1), and to respond to the two principles with "the way of loyalty and forgiveness". " The "benefit principle" states that "the benefit to be measured is sufficient to ensure the cost of the expense" as a measure of whether the payer is beneficial to the object. However, the incalculable cost and benefit are the biggest problems facing this principle. The principle of benevolence puts forward the concepts of "lover", "pushing oneself and others" and "obeying others". However, it is first willing to recognize the innate nature of "benevolence", which is suitable for training the moral character of people concerned in life medicine, but neglecting the way of action judgment in the face of practical problems. This paper holds that the concept of "pushing oneself and others" should be extended, the two-way structure of "the principle of loyalty and forgiveness" should be strengthened, and the connotation of "principle of benefit" and "principle of benevolence" should be supplemented.
