【摘要】：美國(guó)著名哲學(xué)家梭羅在其《瓦爾登湖》(Walden)一書的開(kāi)頭,用簡(jiǎn)短的篇幅抨擊了現(xiàn)代生活的復(fù)雜性,他強(qiáng)烈呼吁將生活簡(jiǎn)單化。不可否認(rèn),使事情復(fù)雜化是懦夫解決問(wèn)題的辦法,不過(guò)要做到簡(jiǎn)單絕非易事。近年來(lái),環(huán)境污染日趨嚴(yán)重,將環(huán)境質(zhì)量簡(jiǎn)單量化就尤為必要。量化環(huán)境質(zhì)量是為政府制定政策提供依據(jù),為公眾深入了解當(dāng)前環(huán)境狀況提供簡(jiǎn)易窗口的終南捷徑。這就需要有志者關(guān)注并結(jié)合實(shí)際工作將量化環(huán)境質(zhì)量這項(xiàng)研究做深做透,未來(lái)達(dá)到像聯(lián)合國(guó)開(kāi)發(fā)署的人類發(fā)展指數(shù)HDI(從預(yù)期壽命、幼兒與成人教育程度和人均收入3個(gè)方面概括)可以簡(jiǎn)明地衡量出各國(guó)的發(fā)展程度那樣,通過(guò)量化的數(shù)據(jù)和相關(guān)信息,準(zhǔn)確反映當(dāng)下的環(huán)境質(zhì)量狀況。在環(huán)保系統(tǒng)奮斗一生的林俊生先生,一直秉承孜孜以求的精神積極思考與探索中國(guó)的量化環(huán)境質(zhì)量與應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究問(wèn)題,耄耋之年,將畢生研究集結(jié)成《量化環(huán)境質(zhì)量與應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究》一書。感喟于老前輩嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膶W(xué)術(shù)態(tài)度和持之以恒的研究精神的同時(shí),我們更期待本書能夠在學(xué)界、業(yè)界激起思想共鳴,推動(dòng)環(huán)境量化工作繼續(xù)扎實(shí)有效的開(kāi)展下去。
[Abstract]:The famous American philosopher Thoreau began his book "Lake Walden" with a brief attack on the complexity of modern life. He strongly called for simplifying life. There is no denying that complicating things is a coward's solution, but simplicity is no easy task. In recent years, environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious, so it is necessary to quantify the environmental quality simply. Quantification of environmental quality is a simple window for the government to make policies and provide a simple window for the public to understand the current environmental situation. This requires the attention of those with aspirations and the combination of practical work to make the quantitative environmental quality research deeper and deeper into the future, such as the United Nations Development Programme's Human Development Index (HDI) (from life expectancy, The three aspects of infant and adult education and per capita income) can be a concise measure of the degree of development of each country, through quantitative data and related information, accurately reflect the current environmental quality. Mr. Lin Junsheng, who has struggled in the environmental protection system all his life, has been actively thinking and exploring the problems of quantitative environmental quality and applied basic research in China in the spirit of diligent pursuit. The lifelong research will be assembled into the quantitative environmental quality and applied basic research. Sighing at the rigorous academic attitude and persistent research spirit of the older generation, we expect this book to arouse ideological resonance in the academic circles and the industry, and to promote the environmental quantification work to continue to be carried out in a solid and effective manner.
