【摘要】：加強(qiáng)首都市民公共文明行為規(guī)范體系建設(shè),不僅是把社會主義核心價值觀融入廣大市民日常工作生活,使之內(nèi)化于心、外踐于行的重要途徑,也是創(chuàng)新社會治理體制,增強(qiáng)社會發(fā)展活力,推動解決"城市病"的迫切任務(wù)。首都市民公共文明行為規(guī)范體系以"愛國、誠信、節(jié)約、友善、守法、環(huán)保"等理念為內(nèi)核,突出禮儀、環(huán)境、秩序、服務(wù)、觀賞、網(wǎng)絡(luò)六大領(lǐng)域。當(dāng)前形勢下,應(yīng)以《首都市民文明公約》的貫徹落實為統(tǒng)領(lǐng),進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)道德實踐活動和制度文明建設(shè),積極培養(yǎng)首都市民公共文明行為養(yǎng)成的良好風(fēng)尚。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the construction of the code of conduct system of public civilization among the citizens of the capital is not only an important way to integrate the socialist core values into the daily work and life of the masses of citizens, but also an important way to internalize it and practice it outside, as well as to innovate the social governance system. Strengthen the vitality of social development and promote the urgent task of solving the "urban diseases". The principles of "patriotism, honesty, economy, friendliness, law-abiding and environmental protection" are the core of the behavior system of public civilization in the capital, highlighting the six major fields of etiquette, environment, order, service, viewing, and network. Under the current situation, the implementation of the Convention on Civil Civilization in the Capital City should be taken as the guiding principle, the moral practice activities and the construction of the system civilization should be further promoted, and the good custom of fostering the public civilization behavior of the citizens in the capital should be actively cultivated.
