【摘要】：數(shù)億年來,大自然保持著天然的制衡機制,尤其是生物鏈、生物網(wǎng)的天然結(jié)構(gòu),讓人們驚嘆不止,這是一個多么美麗而和諧的結(jié)構(gòu),每個系統(tǒng)之間相互制衡著、協(xié)同著、發(fā)展著。數(shù)百萬年前,人類從動物界分離出來,逐漸進入文明時代,根本的動力源泉是生產(chǎn)力,而生產(chǎn)力發(fā)揮作用的前提條件是各種社會調(diào)節(jié)手段,讓紛繁復(fù)雜的社會關(guān)系形成一種規(guī)范的秩序,一切社會活動正常合理地運轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)然,人類社會創(chuàng)造的調(diào)節(jié)手段與大自然相比依然存在著本質(zhì)的、巨大的差距。當(dāng)今社會正進入移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代,各種傳統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)手段顯得勢單力薄,無論是市場調(diào)節(jié)還是政府調(diào)節(jié)均出現(xiàn)了不少的缺陷、失靈、失敗現(xiàn)象,唯有強化"道德、市場、政府"這三種調(diào)節(jié)機制的系統(tǒng)化、多維度、專業(yè)化的協(xié)同與集成,也許可以取得比較好的調(diào)節(jié)效果。建立富強文明的社會主義國家,一定要將"道德、市場、政府"這三種調(diào)節(jié)構(gòu)成類似于生物系統(tǒng)那樣和諧有序,才有可能全面提升全社會的文明程度。這里,文化建設(shè)是道德調(diào)節(jié)的基礎(chǔ)工程,兩者構(gòu)成一個內(nèi)在的、本質(zhì)的、必然的天然聯(lián)系網(wǎng)。

Of course, there is still an essential, huge gap between the means of adjustment created by human society and that of nature. At present, the society is entering the era of mobile Internet, and all kinds of traditional means of regulation appear to be weak. Whether it is market regulation or government regulation, there are a lot of defects, failure and failure, only to strengthen "morality, market," The systematization, multi-dimension, specialization cooperation and integration of these three regulation mechanisms may achieve better regulation effect. In order to establish a prosperous, strong and civilized socialist country, the three kinds of regulation, such as "morality, market and government", must be made up of harmony and order similar to those of biological systems, so as to promote the civilization of the whole society in an all-round way. Here, cultural construction is the basic project of moral regulation, which forms an intrinsic, essential and inevitable natural network.
