【摘要】：黑格爾在法哲學(xué)中關(guān)于"道德-倫理"思想的建構(gòu),既是基于人類倫理道德的梳理和建設(shè),更是基于當(dāng)時(shí)德意志民族在整個(gè)人類道德的歷史演進(jìn)中所處的特殊歷史狀況,所提出的公民道德建設(shè)的思路以及道德教育的基本思想。從黑格爾的"道德-倫理"思想中反觀當(dāng)前我國(guó)公民道德建設(shè)中的闕如,可以提醒我們并警惕主觀與客觀、個(gè)人集體與國(guó)家、倫理與法律之間的三重?cái)嗔?特別是從道德與倫理既實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)分、又有機(jī)統(tǒng)一之中,找準(zhǔn)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下推進(jìn)公民道德建設(shè)的邏輯理路與現(xiàn)實(shí)路徑。
[Abstract]:The construction of Hegel's thought of "morality and ethics" in the philosophy of law is not only based on the sorting and construction of human ethics, but also based on the special historical situation of the German nation in the historical evolution of human morality at that time. Put forward the idea of citizen moral construction and the basic idea of moral education. From Hegel's thought of "morality and ethics", a reflection of the lack of moral construction in our country can remind us of the triple breakage between the subjective and objective, the individual collective and the state, and the ethics and law. Especially in the process of realizing the distinction between morality and ethics and organically unifying, we should find the logical way and realistic path to promote the construction of citizen's morality under the condition of market economy.
