【摘要】：轉型期農民道德觀念的分化與沖突折射出一定程度范圍內的道德困境,以社會主義核心價值觀凝聚道德共識的任務艱巨。改革開放以來所有制形式和分配方式的多樣化是農民道德分化產生的經濟基礎,政治對道德控制力的弱化是農民道德分化產生的政治環(huán)境,而社會主義與市場經濟有機結合的趨勢,彰顯了多元基礎上強化道德共識訴求的歷史必然。要解決農民道德困境問題,必須對外在的制度建構和內心的道德自律兩條路徑進行整合優(yōu)化,即培育鄉(xiāng)村共同體,強化凝聚農民道德共識的組織支持;弘揚社會主義核心價值觀,實現(xiàn)凝聚農民道德共識的價值引領;培育公共理性,優(yōu)化凝聚農民道德共識的程序規(guī)則,最終達成道德共識。
[Abstract]:The differentiation and conflict of peasants' moral concept in the transition period reflects the moral dilemma in a certain extent, and the task of condensing moral consensus with socialist core values is arduous. Since the reform and opening up, the diversification of forms of ownership and distribution is the economic basis of peasants' moral differentiation, and the weakening of political control over morality is the political environment of peasants' moral differentiation. The trend of the combination of socialism and market economy shows the historical necessity of strengthening moral consensus on the basis of pluralism. In order to solve the problem of peasants' moral dilemma, we must integrate and optimize the external institutional construction and inner moral self-discipline, that is, to cultivate the rural community and strengthen the organizational support for the cohesion of farmers' moral consensus. Carry forward the socialist core values, realize the value guidance of condensing farmers' moral consensus, cultivate public rationality, optimize the procedural rules of condensing farmers' moral consensus, and finally reach the moral consensus.
