本文立足于社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)這一宏大的歷史背景，，試圖通過(guò)對(duì)制度的倫理價(jià)值與制度倫理的探討，推動(dòng)倫理學(xué)從傳統(tǒng)范式向現(xiàn)代范式轉(zhuǎn)變，尋找現(xiàn)代化的道德建設(shè)途徑。本文第一部分從制度與道德建設(shè)的關(guān)系角度，從規(guī)范整合、個(gè)體行為選擇、國(guó)家權(quán)力的監(jiān)督機(jī)制等三個(gè)方面論證制度在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的倫理價(jià)值即制度是道德建設(shè)的社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。因此，從制度入手改變和完善環(huán)境，是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)道德建設(shè)的務(wù)本之舉。制度的倫理價(jià)值(道德建設(shè)的社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施)是以這種制度本身的價(jià)值合理性為前提的，這就需要對(duì)制度的價(jià)值合理性進(jìn)行倫理論證和道德性考察。本文第二部分較為深入的論述了制度倫理提出的理論和時(shí)代背景，制度倫理的基本內(nèi)涵和主要特征，以及對(duì)制度進(jìn)行倫理評(píng)價(jià)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和基本原則。本文第三部分從制度倫理與制度完善、創(chuàng)新，制度倫理優(yōu)先于個(gè)體倫理這兩個(gè)方面論述制度倫理研究的必要性和有效性，揭示制度倫理對(duì)我國(guó)制度建設(shè)和道德建設(shè)的價(jià)值意蘊(yùn)。
According to socialist modernization construction, this paper will discuss the ethical value of institution and institution ethics, probe modern approach to morality construction and promote ethics from traditional to modern. In the first section of the paper, I will discuss the ethical value of institution in modern society. The institution is very important to regulate the modern society, choose what and how to do, supervise government power. This is to say, the institution is social capital environment of morality construction. Therefore, it is a basic approach to morality construction to change and improve the institution. In the second section of the paper, I will discuss the background of the study of institution ethics, the basic implication and characteristics of institution ethics, the basic standards and principles of evaluating the institution. In the third section of the paper, I will discuss the necessity and effect of institution ethics which is important to improve and create institution and which is prior to individual ethics.
