【摘要】：誠信問題是市場經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行過程中的重大問題,嚴(yán)重地阻礙市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的深層發(fā)展,并影響中國夢的實(shí)現(xiàn)。誠信的傳統(tǒng)理解基于道德哲學(xué)傳統(tǒng),現(xiàn)代社會對于誠信的理解已經(jīng)超越道德哲學(xué)傳統(tǒng),使誠信的理解具有開放性,即誠信既是倫理的,又是法律的;既是意識,也是意志,更是精神。將誠信置于"法律——倫理"框架下分析,并通過"法律——倫理"生態(tài)互動生成誠信精神,來解決市場經(jīng)濟(jì)中的誠信問題,為實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢提供倫理精神支持。
[Abstract]:Honesty and credit is a major problem in the course of market economy operation, which seriously hinders the deep development of market economy and affects Chinese Dream's realization. The traditional understanding of honesty is based on the tradition of moral philosophy. The understanding of honesty and credit in modern society has transcended the tradition of moral philosophy and made the understanding of honesty open, that is, honesty is not only ethical, but also legal, consciousness and will. It is spirit. The honesty and credit is analyzed under the frame of "law-ethics", and the spirit of honesty is formed through the "law-ethics" ecological interaction to solve the problem of honesty and credit in the market economy, and to provide ethical spiritual support for the realization of Chinese Dream.
