【摘要】：會(huì)聚技術(shù)以會(huì)聚納米技術(shù)、生物技術(shù)、信息技術(shù)和認(rèn)知科學(xué)這四大科技為手段,以提高人類能力,甚至改變我們的物種為目標(biāo)。因而,從這一概念提出之始就引起了廣泛的爭議。"香山科學(xué)會(huì)議"第527次學(xué)術(shù)討論會(huì)圍繞"會(huì)聚技術(shù)的倫理問題及其治理"這一主題,針對(duì)納米技術(shù)與合成生物學(xué)所帶來的安全與倫理問題及其治理,展開了人文科學(xué)、社會(huì)科學(xué)與自然科學(xué)的跨學(xué)科對(duì)話和深入討論。與會(huì)代表認(rèn)為,會(huì)聚技術(shù)已經(jīng)將對(duì)自然的干預(yù)轉(zhuǎn)向人自身。在這樣的背景下,倫理學(xué)不僅要"坐而論道",更要"起而行之":即深入科學(xué)技術(shù)前沿,與科學(xué)家一同分析會(huì)聚技術(shù)發(fā)展的可能性及其條件,在科學(xué)實(shí)踐中厘清和辨析會(huì)聚技術(shù)的倫理問題,探索會(huì)聚技術(shù)健康發(fā)展的倫理框架。
[Abstract]:Convergence technology uses nanotechnology, biotechnology, information technology and cognitive science as the means to improve human capabilities and even change our species. Thus, from the very beginning of this concept, there has been widespread controversy. " The 527th Colloquium of Xiangshan Scientific Conference focused on the theme of "Ethical problems of Convergence Technology and its Governance", and focused on the safety and ethical problems and their governance brought about by nanotechnology and synthetic biology. Cross-disciplinary dialogue and in-depth discussion between social sciences and natural sciences. Participants believe that convergence technology has shifted its intervention in nature to humans themselves. Against this background, ethics should not only "sit back and talk about the Tao", but also "do it": go deep into the frontier of science and technology, and work with scientists to analyze the possibilities and conditions for the development of convergence technology. In scientific practice, the ethical issues of convergence technology are clarified and analyzed, and the ethical framework for the healthy development of convergence technology is explored.
