【摘要】：中國科技思想庫為政府和企業(yè)提供政策和重大決策咨詢,事關(guān)國計(jì)民生,對其倫理道德要求應(yīng)極其重要�？萍妓枷霂斓娜藛T組成,學(xué)者們的道德原則、道德要求、道德監(jiān)測和道德教育等需要給予關(guān)注;應(yīng)在思想庫之下設(shè)置一些專門的道德機(jī)構(gòu),監(jiān)察學(xué)術(shù)的純潔、維護(hù)學(xué)者的權(quán)益;最后,切實(shí)的制度設(shè)立是思想庫良性發(fā)展的有效保障。
[Abstract]:Chinese science and technology think tank provides policy and important decision-making consultation to government and enterprise, which is related to the national economy and people's livelihood, and should be extremely important to its ethical and moral requirements. The composition of scientific and technological think tanks, the moral principles of scholars, moral requirements, moral monitoring and moral education should be paid attention to, and some special moral institutions should be set up under think tanks to supervise academic purity and safeguard the rights and interests of scholars. Finally, the establishment of a practical system is an effective guarantee for the sound development of think tanks.
