【摘要】：由于中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)中普遍存在的泛道德主義思維的影響,有學(xué)者試圖用制度與倫理簡(jiǎn)單融合的方法,來(lái)解決中國(guó)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期出現(xiàn)的倫理問(wèn)題和制度問(wèn)題。這種思維方式對(duì)于社會(huì)生活中制度和倫理關(guān)系的分析過(guò)于簡(jiǎn)單化,無(wú)論對(duì)于道德建設(shè)還是制度建設(shè),都會(huì)產(chǎn)生消極的影響。在中國(guó)社會(huì)的發(fā)展和完善中,應(yīng)當(dāng)科學(xué)權(quán)衡倫理與制度的功能優(yōu)勢(shì)和缺陷,克服泛道德主義的思維,實(shí)現(xiàn)倫理與制度的辯證統(tǒng)一、道德建設(shè)與制度建設(shè)的共同進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:Due to the influence of the universal moral thinking in the traditional Chinese society, some scholars try to solve the ethical and institutional problems in the period of social transformation by the simple integration of institution and ethics. This mode of thinking is too simplistic for the analysis of institutional and ethical relations in social life, and will have a negative impact on moral construction and institutional construction. In the development and perfection of Chinese society, we should weigh the functional advantages and defects of ethics and system scientifically, overcome the thinking of pan-moralism, realize the dialectical unity of ethics and institution, and make common progress between moral construction and system construction.
